My Random PHM Head Canons
In no particular order:
Behemoth Adrian: Eridians have a wide range of sizes because in some parts of Erid, it's more advantageous to be bigger, and in some places it is to be smaller. Basically, different sized eridians are different races.
Rocky's speaking pattern is not just how eridians speak. It's a habit after years of speaking like that. Some people did not take him seriously because of it, especially some of his coworkers.
Grace, as a kid, had an outdoorsy adult in his life, who made him learn how to track animals. (Just because I like the idea of it being possible for eridians to fully see human persistence hunting in person)
Rocky has no idea idioms like "No can do" and "Long time no see" are actually common human phrases. He just thinks they're a result of Grace copying his speaking pattern, since he also just does do that.
As a teacher, Grace knows more modern eridian slang than Rocky. Rocky hates it.
Grace's eridian students are super curious about Earth, human culture and history. Grace has to research stuff at home and teach it another class often
The idea that "Uranium" would be a color called "Neon" green pisses Rocky off.
If Adrian and Rocky are ever together while Grace is sleeping, they chat in a frequency he can't hear as to not wake him up.
Grace thought he got use to being watched while sleeping. Turns out, he's specifically comforted by Rocky watching over him because he trusts Rocky so deeply. Unfortunately what that means is, if anyone one else tried to watch him alone, without Rocky being there, it made him just as uncomfortable as the first time Rocky watched.
Grace is fully ok with, and honestly kind of hopes, they dissect him when he dies. For science. Rocky is less comfortable at that thought.
Eridians 'purr' but it is not subconscious. It's a frequency that is known to be physically and mentally therapeutic. Turns out it has a similar effect on humans!
