I’m 23 years old suffering from depression and self harm. It has been 3 years since I last harmed myself but today I keep thinking about running that blade over my skin over and over again. Feeling unloved and unwanted by everyone around you is a horrible feeling and I just can’t help but want to feel physical pain rather than emotional pain.
