TW! Mental health and treatment of ppl with BPD
I'm going to get an evaluation for a possible diagnosis and I scored really high on the BPD things (even tho i thought i might have it some years ago). Can anyone with BPD tell me about it in a way that's not "beautiful princess disorder" or "when he says his ex was toxic but i have bpd" kinda way? Like obviously I did some googling but there's only so much you can do. It feels like ppl with BPD are described as more defensive/agressive about their mental health and that they are some kind of hulk monster... I'm very much guessing this isn't the case but like I keep everything inside me like anger and stuff and never ever let it out, whilst BPD is described as affecting outside relationships more.
Can anyone give me any feedback? (If they have time ofc) like I'm grateful for every little thing! Also I feel so bad that ppl with BPD are treated like this, is that normal? Does that happen all the time?
Thank you for taking your time to read this, I'm really just throwing the question out there! ♡
