We used all the words of sadness and sorrow to describe the situation we had reached, but such words were not enough. My name is Ameer and I am 3 years old. My father’s name is Mohammad, my mother’s name is Rana, and my little brother’s name is Taim, who is two years old.
Six months ago, I used to go to the kindergarten and play and have a lot of fun.. and learn letters and numbers.. and play the kindergarten games. My life was very sweet.. and I had a very nice room in our house with my bed and toys.
On 12/1/2023, they bombed our house and we came out injured. My father broke his leg and my mother also broke her leg. I was shot in the back. My brother Taim was shot in the face and hands. We emerged from under the rubble, thank God.
But our house was destroyed and our whole life was destroyed. My toys were broken, my room and my bed were destroyed. And the kindergarten that I used to go to was destroyed and turned into ashes.
We left our house and went to live in the tent that my father had brought us. The tent was very disgusting. It had ants, cockroaches, and insects. We started getting sick and coughing every day. The sound of the missiles from above the tent was very terrifying and scared me and my brother Taim a lot.
My mother cries every day because she does not know how to make us food, because there is no food at all, and because there are no sanitary supplies for my brother Taim when he defecates.. and she is very afraid of the sound of the Jewish missiles and says that we will all die in the tent.
I want to ask you.. I want you to help me, my father, my mother, and my brother Taim.. We want to leave the Gaza Strip so that we can continue our lives.. so that I can return to the kindergarten that I left.. and so that my future and the future of my brother Taim are not lost. Our entry into Egypt cost us 20,000 US dollars.
Please help us and donate on this page, and I will be grateful to you for the rest of my life, which I have not yet begun.. Never forget me.

I am Muhammad Musa, from Gaza🇵🇸. I lived the experience of displacement more than once, as I moved to tents as a refuge for survival. I got married before the war broke out, and had my first child during those harsh circumstances. Today, I face great challenges in providing the basic needs of my child’s life, especially after I lost my job due to these ongoing crises.💔
My child is in dire need of care and attention, and I know that the situation is difficult for everyone, but I ask you to extend a helping hand. Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a difference in the life of an innocent child and help us reach safety away from the effects of war.🙏
I invite you to donate and support me in this ordeal.🙏🙏 Together, we can give my child a chance at a better life and a brighter future. Thank you for standing by our side during these difficult times.

I stand here before you, burdened with unbearable worries, telling you the story of my little boy. He had in his eyes the innocence of dreams that knew no bounds. But, unfortunately, this child has become a victim of diseases that spread around us, as a result of garbage and lack of sanitation. Gaza, once a homeland of hope, is now an arena of suffering, where epidemics attack us from all sides, and rockets snatch us from the embrace of safety while we sleep.
We have lost a lot, but everything that could preserve the simplest elements of life for us. But, in the midst of this darkness, we still hold on to you, you are the remaining hope to save our child. Your love and support are what keep us fighting, facing difficulties, and dreaming of a better tomorrow.
I love you from the bottom of my heart, and I ask you to be with us in this fight, for the lives of our children, for the hope that must not be extinguished.

We are going through harsh humanitarian conditions in Gaza, where we have lost everything we own and have become homeless. The war left us with nothing but pain and anxiety for our future. We face daily challenges, and we search for a safe passage that enables us to live in dignity.
Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a big difference in our lives. We need your support to be able to emerge from this ordeal and find hope in a safe place. Your donation means more to us than just financial assistance; It means saving a life, rebuilding our shattered dreams.
We believe that solidarity and humanity are the most powerful weapons in the face of adversity.

I’m Sameer from Gaza 🍉🇵🇸….. I need your help if you can
Hello,
My name is Sameer Al-Nasla, and I’m a 17-year-old from Gaza. Like many young people, I had big dreams for my future. I was on the verge of completing high school, and my goal was to study medicine and become a doctor. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to help my people by providing medical care, especially in such a difficult region.❤️😁
However, the ongoing war has taken everything from me and my family.💔😔
When the war began, my family was forced to flee our home in West Gaza and relocate to the South. Life immediately became a struggle. In the chaos of displacement, I lost the chance to finish high school, which means I also lost my opportunity to attend university and pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. 😣💔
To make matters worse, the war destroyed my father’s business, which was our family’s source of income. Now, with no home and no livelihood, life has become a constant fight for survival. I’ve had to start working at a young age to help support my family of six, but it’s not enough to make ends meet.😢🍉
Every day, my family and I face the reality of war. Death and destruction surround us. Our health has deteriorated, diseases have spread, and we don’t have access to proper medical care. The suffering is overwhelming, and yet, despite everything, I still hold onto my dream.🥀💔
This GoFundMe campaign is my chance to ask for help from people around the world who believe in second chances and the power of education. I am raising funds to leave Gaza with my family so I can complete my studies abroad, become a doctor, and one day return to help my community.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please consider donating to help me and my family start a new chapter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support.🤲🍉🇵🇸

i've shared ahmed's fundraiser on my blog before, and this campaign is thoroughly documented. you can find it linked on line 163 of el-shab-hussein and nabulsi's spreadsheet, line 79 of the butterflyeffect project spreadsheet, and listed as family #76 featured by paliliberation. funds remain low nearly 2 months after my first sharing his fundraiser, sitting at only £9,860 of the £81,000 goal.
@ahmedkhabil needs help to provide for himself, his parents, his wife, and their two children until they can evacuate to egypt. his father is terribly injured and their child is sick. they need far better medical treatment than is currently available in gaza, as the cost of medicine continues to rise. the campaign has just been updated today (october 5th) with this photo, describing the ever increasing cost of food:

thank you everyone who has shared and donated! ahmed's campaign is now at £10,240 of the £81,000 goal; that's 13%. let's keep this momentum going!
costs continue to rise for food and medicine. cold temperatures are an added threat. a recent update from ahmed's campaign reads: "My child Khalil’s message to you today is that he does not want to die from the cold of winter I cannot buy winter clothes because of their high price. Can you help me buy clothes for my children?"

"I studied accounting, graduated with a high average, and worked in a chain of clothing stores that my father owned. But due to the unjust aggression, all our shops were destroyed, and we lost our source of livelihood and work completely. I was displaced from my home more than 10 times, each time trying to find a safe place, but there really is no safety here. Here we live death, fear, and loss at every moment. We love life and we always have ambitions and dreams that we hope to achieve and we are determined to achieve them as well."
Please help this beautiful family who are currently living in tents and facing a harsh and dangerous winter coming up evacuate as soon as they can for the sake of their unborn son as well as their own sakes, and read their story. They're 1/4 of a way to their goal. Get them closer, every little bit counts.
speaking to you with a heavy and painful heart. I am sorry that I had to ask for help from you, but what we are living is what pushed me to do this. I was living a beautiful, quiet life, enjoying the time I spend with my grandchildren and seven daughters.
Imagine waking up to find that your world has changed in a moment, and you have lost your security and peace, and your home has been destroyed, and you have become homeless and living in conditions that no human being can bear. I suffer from chronic diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes. My medication has run out for some time and I am facing difficulty in obtaining it in light of the lack of treatment in hospitals and health centers. Most of the time I cannot feel my limbs, but I am trying to resist. I do not want to die in such circumstances. I still have hope that this war will end and we will rebuild our beautiful and beloved country again and live in safety. I believe in divine power and justice and that all this pain will go away.
I am trying to endure these difficult conditions that I live in inside a small tent and a bathroom a few meters away from my tent and you know the conditions of diabetics in this case but once again there is still hope. I used to live at the expense of my daughters but with all sadness and regret they have all lost their homes and places of work and they have no source of income left and their situation is like that of any Gazan who is still inside Gaza struggling with death, hunger, diseases and extreme heat each one struggling to feed his children I cannot ask them for help so I have resorted to you and I am fully confident in your humanity to help me so that I can provide food and treatment and provide a better tent than the one I live in because it is torn and the place is full of insects. If I can provide treatment, I want to continue my life and see my grandchildren grow up around me. I don’t want to go now. I know that I don’t have as much life left as I have, but I have the right to live and enjoy this. Please don’t hesitate to help your mother who has come to you with a heavy and sad heart. Every dollar will make a difference in my life. Don’t leave me to live this pain. I appreciate what you are doing for every Palestinian inside and outside Gaza. I pray to God that you don’t go through what we are going through, my beloved.

Hey people on Tumblr, I have a question for you : do you contribute to your community ? Do you take the initiative to make things better for the people around you ?
I’ve brought up many times about Shahed Abumousa. She’s a 20 year old Palestinian who is studying dentistry and she is doing her best to survive a whole year of horror and violence. Since October last year, she has gone through the bombing of her house, the multiple displacements, the hunger and thirst, the shootings and diseases.
Despite it all, Shahed has dedicated her time, energy, and effort for everyone around her. She has volunteered as medical aid when hospitals were being destroyed one by one, distributed food with her family when she is starving, and taught children who couldn’t go to school in between her classes. Speaking of which, she continues with her education to achieve her degree while fundraising for her family of 7 people’s survival and supplies for her students. She is carrying a lot on her shoulders when she is only 20!
I am asking you once again:, what are you doing for your community? The truth is that most people are doing the bare minimum, if anything at all. So if you want to make a difference, please donate and share. Your contribution will not only help Shahed and her family survive, but it will also help give back to her community. So give what you can because she's stagnating at the halfway mark that she reached only recently after 7 months. She deserves all of our support.

if the condition of the children of gaza doesn't move you, i don't know what will. there is no school this year. there was no school last year either. no clean water or healthy food. no medicines for when they hurt themselves. no toys to play with. no way for them to come out of this genocide unscathed. it's with a heavy heart that i've realized that childhood in gaza is an empty promise.
my friend alaa [ @alaakh998 ] lives in gaza. she has two little kids aged 4 and 6. i cannot help but think about them. how are they doing? what lies in their future? are they okay? I've come to the realization that they wont be safe unless they're able to evacuate from gaza.
the rafah crossing is closed as of now. alaa is fundraising in hopes that she can collect enough money to address her immediate needs and eventually evacuate when the crossing opens. she needs to buy a tent and medicine and supplies and food.
please donate to help her buy these things and ensure her children's well being.
you can be the reason that color comes back into a little girl's life.
this is my recent drawing of my dear friend mohamed's daughter, sarah.
you can be the reason for sarah's smile.
follow this link to mohamed's fundraiser. this money allows him to protect the remaining members as they survive unfathomable violence.
as a plea to fellow artists: if you draw a portrait every time a celebrity dies, you can create art that will generate interest in living palestinian fundraisers. @save-mohamed-family needs our help. my drawings have increased his donations significantly over the last few days, but there is lots left to go before he and his family meet his goal. please create work for my friend mohamed. an original image paired with a link to this fundraiser gets more reach than almost any other type of fundraiser promotion i have attempted.
there is nothing morally suspect about drawing subjects that interest you, but i beg you if your work gets any kind of visibility, to make outreach a part of your practice. even if it is a small part, you are doing immeasurable good by using your talents to directly benefit people living in a desperate situation. your creative contributions are simple and effective. lives depend on this becoming a community effort rather than forcing so many displaced people to rely on the kindness of rare individual artists.
sarah and i thank you for your kindness and your effort.
here is the link to her father's fundraiser one more time. share it with someone you love.
"I can only thank you, my friends, for your drawings that carry within them what my words failed to convey. In every moment of this painful reality, I feel utterly alone, drowning in the shadows of a story no one wishes to hear. Yet, despite everything, you have been a glimmer of light in this thick darkness. You are the only hope that embraces me amidst this harsh world. I don’t know if my story will ever reach anyone, but thanks to you, I feel that a part of this sorrow has found someone who understands it."
Hi, I'm a grad student in NYC who has been active in Palestine solidarity for a wh… S G needs your support for Help Mohammed's Family Escape
It seems Tumblr is continuing with their mass deactivation of Palestinian blogs. This time they've gone after @nourfamily1989, a mother with five young children in Gaza. Please continue sharing and supporting her fundraiser while she tries to get her account back.
This fundraiser is Nour from Gaza, her husband, and their 5 children: Muhammad,… Gz Thrift needs your support for Help Nour's Family Rebuild
i'm in regular contact with nour and i want to highlight the following:
1) her youngest daughter ghazal, who is only two years old, has developed a speech impediment from the trauma of this situation, and her 13 year-old son muhammad has developed an autoimmune issue from lack of sanitation, constant insect bites and exposure to unclean water, recurring illness, etc.
2) my friends recently sent money to help nour buy winter clothes for her children, the prices of which will knock out a lot of what she received due to high demand and low supply. the costs of food, medical treatment, etc. are still very high.
3) many of nour's extended family members benefit from these funds as well. these are people who were already poor before the war, and now they can't work. all they can do is find internet hotspots and ask for help. that's where we come in.
if reading this distresses you, and if you're mad about tumblr deleting palestinians' accounts, the good news is that you're not helpless: even tiny donations make a difference.
