I hope the first darkener of chapter 5 is going to pop out of the ground and introduce themself as "flowey the flower" and I hope they're a completely trust worthy character throughout the whole chapter, but we the player won't trust them because of undertale

I wanna talk about my DR theory about Ralsei's lightworld counterpart being the Deltarune's equivalent of the bible, or as I prefer to call it, Ralsei Bible theory.

There are a few things that make me think it's probable:

1- Ralsei knows a lot. He knows more than he lets on about the prophecy and the dark worlds and doesn't info dump all of it for plot reasons, but him having full of knowledge makes me think that he knows those stuff because they're all written in the Deltarune Bible.

2- Ralsei doesn't believe he can change the prophecy. He wants to, but he ultimately lacks the belief that he is capable of doing it. If it is already written inside of him in the first place, then it is impossible for him to change what is to come.

3- He can travel between the dark worlds freely. A Bible is an item that can be found in a school, a library, a house and especially a church, which are all the locations a dark fountain has been opened so far. If each place has a bible that would enable Ralsei to exist in all of them freely without turning into stone. He fits in everywhere.

4- The heal prayer. The healing spell being called a prayer makes it something that is almost definitely contained in whatever Deltarune's equivalent of the Bible is called. If Ralsei's lightworld counterpart is the Deltarune Bible that would easily explain how he knows the healing spell and able to cast it easily.

That's all I got right now, but all these hints make me like 70% sure that Ralsei is going to turn out to be the Deltarune Bible.

I'm so genuinely happy someone else thought of this too! I was so disappointed no one wanted to comment on it under that vid I really wanted to discuss it. So I'm really glad it's gaining traction here! Happy theorizing!

Ok I was rereading this bluesky post to re-estimate the release window.

So the Japanese translation should be complete by now since it is May.

So we're on bug testing / fixing phase currently, now here Toby says indefinitely but we're going to say a generous 8+ weeks.

If we started on April 1st and it's now May 23rd that's roughly 8 weeks already.

If we go 12 weeks that's on June 19th, the release of Toy Story 5, and we have to keep in mind he needs console approval and to prepare "various other things".

The various other things will likely be, the countdown, extra content on the website, newsletter, new trailer for the chapter.

So my prediction is, newsletter and release date soon around the 19th of June. And then we can all start oogling the countdown and crossing our fingers for our theories to be correct.

the place I work at remodeled these split gendered restrooms into “inclusive restrooms” and never told us what they meant while construction was ongoing. This is called a "superloo" and terfs are actively trying to steal this from you, in the UK they changed bathroom regulations to mean new buildings have to prioritise gendered toilets rather than build superloos.

This also upset a lot of architects and designers who like the superloos. They're also typically more like small rooms rather than having doors you can look under.

No news or word from toby. 7 days since lsst update. Sebastian Wolff keeps vageposting about the newsletter on twitter dot com. Of course i dont believe him, but also hes been doing it alot and he would know if there was a newsletter coming. But then again it would be kinda wierd that toby would let him do that. Newsletter tomorrow. Deltarune tomorrow.
