Age regression is always portrayed as this pure super cute, electable comforting thing in social media and I’m sorry but, I’m tired, there’s sometimes it’s not. Sometimes age regressing is extreme feelings, it’s hitting your head and screaming in pain and laying on the floor and kicking and wanting it to stop. Sometimes it’s shaking in anxiety, biting your hands and stimming uncomfortably. Sometimes theres no comfort, sometimes the triggers are not good, and that’s fine too. Age regressing does not mean pure state, it means a much younger one. Just that. It can be violent and ugly too

Agere/agedre can be exploited for ur language learning btw. Such as: watching kids' shows in ur target language, reading kids' books in ur target language, buying learning toys in ur target language.... etc. Learn the language like a kid learns their first language. It's fun. I have bluey running in danish on the TV rn while I do random stuff 🐶✨️

one day we’ll be able to walk outside our rooms with our pacis, blankies, or even a cute little tail.

we’ll be able to have all the plastic plates, special bowls, or sippy cups / bottles we want in the cupboards.

we’ll be able to wear whatever we want, watch as much cartoons, and have coloring things all over the living room.

theres nothing wrong with regression and we’ll all be able to expressive ourselves freely sooner or later so please keep going!! :3
