Just going to take a moment to rant about the biggest thing that bugs me about Jojo's Bizarre Adventure - Joseph's affair with Tomoko. Now I can believe Joseph would cheat on his wife. I also believe 20 year old Tomoko would have a one night stand - and even fall in love - with a man several decades her senior. Joseph was after all, a silver fox.

But I can't accept that this otherwise strong, independent woman is still pining after a man who left her 16 years ago. A man who never had any intention of leaving his wife. I can't accept she's still waiting for him after all this time. He's not coming back, Tomoko. Move on with your life.

Back on my bisexual tutu agenda I really think fakir would’ve been such a baller Raven heart candidate for mytho.

“Love only me, hate everyone else” as if fakir is not the absolute paragon of this mentality. For years he didn’t let himself get close to anyone—even mytho himself—and saw other people only as potential threats. He never made any friends, cut himself off from his family. All of this “for mytho’s sake.”

Raven!mytho could easily exploit this. This is fakir’s last ditch chance to regress, to cling to the knight persona. One last chance to give his life for the prince. His only chance at winning the prince’s affection, in whatever twisted way available to him. And from a show runner’s perspective, this would be a good outlet to explore lingering resentment between the two as well as the discordance between early and late show fakir.

You could make the argument he’s not “pure of heart” enough to have his heart taken (was autor??) but from a tactical perspective incapacitating the enemy’s knight, eliminating a wild card from the board, AND gaining a heart is an excellent decision for the raven.

Anyways join me in imagining the absolute emotional maelstrom mytho could inflict on fakir if he so desired.
