I just recently came across earthflown on goodreads and oh my god I’m so glad I did. It looks amazing — the art, the blurb, it all sucks you right in and I’m so excited to read it. And I know this is random lol but I feel like I’m already invested in Ethan and Javi lol. But yeah, I can’t wait for it’s release date i feel like this is going to be a beautiful book.

Hi lovely anon, thank you so much for being interested! Passwords are availlable to email subscribers upon request (just reply to the confirmation email so I can check some things with you first), OR you can join the earthflown discord and request it there as well! Passwords change every other month. Sorry for the hassle! FYI: Only preview chapters (ARC / advanced reader chapters / copies) are on the website at the moment-- this is not the final book itself, but an uncorrected, unpublished proof. the book will be released Jan 2022!! :D but we have a lot of illustrations and bonus content at the moment leading up to launch.

Thank you kind anon this means a lot! ❤️⭐️ the website is made with Wordpress....and costs half my kidney to host 😭. The web hosts are raising prices next year too so I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to keep it up in its current form but hopefully at least for next year when I publish the paperback etc

I wanted to keep it up forever-ish so I can provide outtakes and do miee illustrations etc for it :3

tried my hand at a more ‘digital’ brush (just plain default) but it still looks kinda traditional x__x. ah well! I’m fairly proud of this attempt!

Earthflown is an original illustrated novel that’s currently free to read on earthflown.com - there are character illustrations, full page illustrations and animated illustrations too! There’s a blurb, Ao3 style tags, but tldr: realistic / speculative scifi fantasy + LGBT rom com x criminal conspiracy. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. The men have emotions. They even talk about them..

I like to think that my subconscious did this intentionally....DLSKFJ. XD <3  In all seriousness there is an extra layer of irony on top of this - not sure where you’re up to in the story but it’s a small detail but I think you might get it once it rolls around HEH.

She is such a fascinating and entertaining character to read! She enjoys exotic fish, long relaxing baths, arson and color coordinating with her twin brother, Javier Arden. She is good at fake crying and has an invisible boyfriend. Read about Corinna and her lack of feels at Earthflown.com.

illustrated animation I made for Chapter 3 of Earthflown (an original illustrated novel). I really loved making this one, I like glass reflections :3
This part is from Javier’s point of view, so we get to see more “behind the scenes” of the conspiracy / murder etc and some sibling banter.
A quick tldr summary below for the story as a whole:
Earthflown is an original novel set about 200 years in the future, and technically a scifi-fantasy, but a ‘realistic’ approach to magic! There is crime, conspiracy and a lot of dirty money, but it’s woven primarily through a rom-com arc. There’s a lot of family dynamics, best friends, twinsie energy and cracky humour.

It’s a really fun read with lots of snappy hilarious dialogue! And it’s got lots of great characters and large cats ! Lots of shitposty Shenanigans while also including topics like medical ethics, wealth division and environmental issues without being overly preachy! The worldbuilding is my FAVORITE!! I haven’t been as active lately but Earthflown is one of the things I’ve been doing behind the scenes!

To any lingering VLD fans out there .. it’s by the same writer 🐠 writes who made that one bird and merm fic -winks with both eyes-
