“That is amazing! I thought so too, but I gotta say, my cat’s name, Gregory Peck, is way better than Finn.”

Quinn laughs at that, “That must be a sight you behold. Maybe I should consider getting Kate a tiara?”

“It is, it really is. You so should! Every cat should have a tiara, especially ones named after a princess.”

Robin just nodded, following Frankie to the door. “Eh…To be honest I was afraid of driving. The idea of controlling a metal box with people inside of it, isn’t the most appealing thing in the world.” They explained, chuckling. “But I ended up getting over it. I’m good now.” They said with a shrug. Right as they were about to walk outside they stared at Frankie for a moment and they couldn’t help but smile. Walking up to the car, they grabbed Frankie’s arm as she was about to step into the car. They quickly pulled her towards them and pressed their lips to hers. They just couldn’t keep their lips off of hers anymore.

“That makes sense. I kinda felt the same, but once I got behind the wheel it wasn’t so bad. The only thing I had trouble with was this one highway in Ohio, when I was moving out here, I literally screamed the entire length of it.” Frankie admitted. She pulled open her door, ready to get in, when suddenly Robin had her again. She kissed them back, smiling against their lips. “Well, okay.” Frankie laughed softly once they broke apart.

“Oh… well. Actually. Yeah. That obvious, huh? I’m looking for the homeless shelter,” he said, checking his watch to make sure he wasn’t late.

“A little.” Frankie said, laughing softly. “No way! I was just headed that way. You can follow me, come on.”

Frankie’s hands slipped from Robin’s shoulders to behind their back, gasping softly as they began moving against her. She was thankful for their caution to start off slowly, there was still just a bit of discomfort on her end. However, as they went along, Frankie found herself adjusting to the feeling of being so impossibly full, so much so that she came to like it. She smiled softly up at Robin, sensing their struggle to maintain such a slow pace. “You don’t have to be so gentle.” She whispered, shifting her hips upwards to meet theirs. “I’m not as fragile as I look.”

“Well if you drive then I can do that.” Robin explained with a shrug. They were so conflicted about Frankie. They wanted to be close to her so bad but the idea terrified them. They felt good when they were near her but at the same time scared. “Neither have I. That’s why I say we find one.” Robin said, putting their hands on their hips and putting a large grin on their face.

“Alright, come on, you.” Frankie sighed, fishing her keys from her pocket and heading for the door. “Can’t believe you’re just getting your permit. That was the first thing I did after I turned sixteen. Of course, it took me longer to get the hang of it, my dad kept confusing UK driving rules with US driving rules.”

“I’m fairly convinced that my cat thinks she’s a princes because she’s named after one,” he said with a chuckle, “She struts around the apartment, not even kidding.”

“I believe that. I named my cat after Gregory Peck, and all he does is stroll about the house in a three piece suit quoting To Kill a Mockingbird.”

“I dunno. I just got my learners a few weeks ago so if you drive, the possibilities are endless. If you can’t drive, then the possibilities are just as endless, it’ll just take longer to get there.” Robin said with a chuckle. They wanted to be close to her, but feelings weren’t something they were good at. Feelings were something Robin avoided as much as possible but they were trying to push Frankie away as little as possible. They weren’t sure how well it was working though. “We could just walk…Or drive…And see where we end up. Maybe find some hidden spot in the city no one else knows about.” They suggested.

“I don’t know, I kinda wanna see your driving chops.” Frankie smirked, raising an eyebrow in amusement. She nearly went to them again, but remembered how Robin had pulled away. If they weren’t one for a lot of contact, that was fine, Frankie was understanding even if she differed on the subject. “A hidden spot in the city? I’ve not gone adventuring there yet.”

Robin couldn’t help but laugh against the kiss, pulling away but keeping their arm around her, they looked into her eyes for a moment and smiled before shaking their head and stepping back, jumping on the counter behind them and sitting on it, “So Mx. Fronks, wanna go on an adventure somewhere?”

She let her arms fall from around Robin as they stepped away, already missing the closeness they had shared. “Hm...” Frankie hummed, tapping her lips thoughtfully. “What’d you have in mind?”

“It’s very exciting. He absolutely adores her already, and she follows him everywhere. I think the two of them could quite do without me. I had a Beta fish when I was around 12 years old. My mother had one at her office, so she got one for me, too. I named him Frodo.”

“Oh god, that sounds like cuteness overload! You named him Frodo? Holy holy, ten points to Gryffindor, that is so awesome. If only I’d discovered Lord of the Rings when I had mine, they had such basic names, I think one of them was named Finn. Real original, I know.”

She nearly ran me down coming through here, but I wasn’t sure if that was excited running or scared running.”
