Hello!~Well, let’s figure out the ending so that it does not bother us anymore. 

As we can see here, Thirteenth shoots Jack and hits his eye.

Thirteenth hits the iron plate, which, in fact, jumped aside.  

And there! We see that Jack all this time was one-eyed, and this plate covered the absence of his eye (but it’s still beautiful). 

And while they were talking about all sorts of nonsense, our favorite plate lay quietly on the side, until Eric noticed it.

He’s smart boy. He came up with a plan for how to turn everything so that everyone believed in his death. He just put this plate in the place where, according to the agreement, Shell had to shoot.

Right there! 

So our sunshine is safe and sound~

Okay, we found out that he’s definitely alive.But why does he hide somewhere there, and not live with Shell?

After Jack publicly told people the truth about the vampires, chaos could begin.

And so Eric became a scapegoat to prevent a bloody war. After his imaginary death, he is forced to hide in the south.With Shell, as I understand, they regularly see, so everything is fine.

I hope, that ending has now become a bit clear. ^^’
