I’m starting to travel this summer for work and I just hate the idea of being away from my mom. Plus I feel like it will be lonely. But I’m excited to see new places and make a lot of $$$$

I have my wife and animals with me so luckily I’m not exactly on my own. I’ve loved getting to see new places and different states that I wouldn’t have gotten the choice for by staying home.

Is it hard being away from your family when you travel?

Yeah it is. I have a small family and we are all pretty close. I haven’t seen them in about a year now which is the longest I’ve gone without seeing anyone. But I def thought it would be way harder than it has been. Time seems to fly by and I talk to them all the time. So that does help. I think the part that makes it the hardest is certain milestones like my nephews birthdays and my brother in laws last season of sports.
