for the first time i had suicidal thoughts recently which is something i never thought i'd have.. but things were going really tough and i will not go into detail

but today, i am feeling much better and more optimistic. i also thought of how much my family would really be affected if i ever decided to commit.. so giving up is not an option. i still have a mission

but having a change in perspective and changing my routine or "strategy" really helped. so if you ever feel like you want to give up, trust me that this is only temporary and this challenge can make you smarter and stronger. it's not the end of the world. i hate the cliche "it gets better" but hold on and a doorway will open up. dont ever feel like you are in despair and when you are, seek help or tell somebody. thats what i did.. and also if you ever feel really stressed, take a break. relax. your mind will thank you

of course this does not mean i will be happy forever and i could experience real sadness and extreme stress again but i will take the necessary steps to prevent those from happening. and remind myself of the epiphany i just had
