STRENGTH COMPLEX This 2 kettlebell complex is a grind. Focus on tension- tightening your abs on each move. • Program Rx Clean Squat Press Renegade Row Push Up Gorilla Row • Use heavy kettlebells Do 3 rounds per set Do 5 sets Rest 60-90 seconds between sets, or more if you're going very heavy. FREEZE FRAME Isometric holds are one of the best ways to build strength and endurance in fundamental positions. • This workout focuses on shoulder and core strength. Accumulate 1 min of each move (doesn't have to be consecutive, if you come out stop the clock and start again until your reach 1 min), rest 30 seconds and move on to the next. Start with 2 rounds and work up to 5. • 1) Ring support (use dip bars or boxes of you don't have rings) 2) Ring handstand, feet support on straps or cross beam (use parallettes if you don't have rings) 3) Ring plank (use parallettes or TRX if you don't have rings) 4) Handstand, I'm practicing on the board position is not awesome😬 (use floor and wall if needed) 5) Reverse plank • Have fun with this and have an awesome day! #handstand #stability #isometric #foundation #friday #performixdriven (at New York, New York)

Looking back at the process has made me realize what I appreciate most and that’s my team. @jtm_fit and @kalina were always on point!
