quit smoking last night. biggest mistake ive ever made i feel like im going to die my skin is crawling this is so frustrating

caved in, went out in a frenzy at 1 am, bought a pack of the most disgusting brand i could find so id be less tempted to smoke it, smoked it whole regardless.

#back at square one #the best part is hiding the smell from my roommates who have me under constant threat of physical assault #i inhaled that pack i dont even think i enjoyed it #at least i dont have any more tobacco around id have to get a NEW new pack which is such a low point i dont think its gonna get to that
