Not as a throuple or as just Sam shipping them

But more so the fact that given the choice, Dean would choose Sam over Cas and they all know it

Sam has the power to complete ruin their relationship if he makes a compelling enough reason for Dean to cut Cas off

But he won't

All I'm saying, is that there's angst potential here

If you had to survive with 4 supernatural characters somewhere remote, who would you pick (and maybe why)? :)

Because you said “somewhere remote,” I’m not choosing Charlie. If I were hiding from the mob or trapped in a sci-fi thriller, absolutely give me the hacker. But wilderness survival? Different skill set.

First choice: Castiel. Angelic badass, super strength, healing powers. Obvious pick.

Then Dean.

On one hand, if Dean isn’t there, Cas is probably going to fuck off to find him.

On the other hand, if Dean is there, Dean will immediately become Cas’ priority.

But on the other, other hand, Dean is very much a “save the civilians first” kind of guy, so I still think he improves my odds. He’s in.

Next: Bobby. He’s smart, practical, resourceful, and has survived an astonishing amount of bullshit. He would know how to build a shelter, identify whatever monster was stalking us, and yell at everyone until they stopped making stupid decisions.

Finally, Benny.

Yes, adding Benny to a group that already contains Cas has the potential to get a little volatile. However, Benny survived in Purgatory for years, helped keep Dean alive, and is probably the person on this list best equipped for the actual “remote and hostile environment” part of the question.

Will there be interpersonal drama? Absolutely.

Will I survive it? Debatable.
