Lupa was sleeping against a door. There was a bit of shelter from the rain there so it was the ideal place to get a bit of rest.
She hadn’t noticed the sound of footsteps. The rain drowned out the sound so easily, especially for someone so tired. It hadn’t even dawned on her whose door she was sleeping in front of.
She nodded a bit and went back to the couch she’d been laying on earlier, she didn’t intend on staying long though.
She didn’t realise how tired she was at the time, and ended up falling asleep for a while.
She awoke after several hours to see the other wolf had returned. She didn’t look too pleased.
She was showing frost the results and pointing to a bunch of different things in a x-ray
Things didn’t appear to be good. She couldn’t hear them but could see it in their eyes that something was up.
The only thing she heard was “I have to go back again tomorrow.” From Skele.
“What happened?” She blurted
Frost just hugged Skele, crying, but Skele didn’t seem to care nearly as much “nothing.” She muttered in response
She watched them leave the room. They seemed greatly upset. She gathered her stuff and made sure they didn’t see her, then slipped outside back into the rain. She wasn’t needed at their house. Things were better for them this way.
They did see eachother again in town, but that was at frosts workplace. She looked quite thin and tired. She was in the process of fixing a car.
They didn’t speak but they did see each other. They exchanged a smile and a wave but frost quickly went back to work.
She seemed very distressed and paranoid. She fell to her knees, exhausted.
Lupa didn't know if it was really a good idea to go up to her while she was working, but she slowly made her way over anyway.
