i see many characters where my first instinct is to go "they wouldve been such a beautiful trans woman if the world wasnt such a bad place"

and i really do mean it when i say theres a lot if characters who are written in ways that make them easily readable as trans women, it's just that people either 1) dont pick up on it or 2) genuinely believe that headcanoning them as trans women is "missing the point". which sucks! its really fucking sad to see characters who, if people werent so fucking weird about it, would either be widely interpreted as trans women or just would be trans women in canon
