"A micronation?" He asked, a little confused. What was that? Jin thought it was just nations and, well, those who weren’t nations. 

"Sealand? Isn’t that a waterpark?" He added, tilting his head. "You’ve got to be joking…"

The remark made Peter a tad angry, and even upset. "No! It's not a waterpark! And I'm not joking." He looked down at the floor and stomped his foot down.

"We even have princes and princesses! That makes it a real place, ya know."

"Korea." He said, feeling no need to provide a distinction. The kid would figure it out by himself, if he hadn’t already. 

"I could ask you the exact same thing…" He said, raising a hand to his chin in thought. "It’s somewhere in England, correct? It must be, unless you’re from the colonies."

"Uh huh! Well, I used to live with Arthur most of my life, until I decided to go back to my home, in Sealand." Peter hoped he wouldn't have to go through with an explanation, but decided it was necessary as it's barely recognised.

"It's a micronation off the east coast of England. Pretty neat, huh?"

"I see…" He said, eyes narrowing. Now he had to try and think of who this could be. A city? A province? London, perhaps, maybe Liverpool? He wasn’t really sure, but he wasn’t about to ask him in the hallway.

"Jinsoo Kim." He said, wondering if the other knew as little about him as he knew about Peter.

Regarding the other's name, he guessed he wasn't English. "Huh... Where are you from, then?"

He thought at first somewhere in Asia, and then of who Arthur babbled on about when he got home, but no country he remembered fit the picture. Then he wondered if Jinsoo knew who he was himself. Most likely not, but a kid could hope so.

Though the young boy wasn’t the most familiar, he had a few distinct features that seemed to remind him of some of the other nations he knew. Had he been locked away for so long that he missed the formation of a new country? He could’ve sworn he kept up on major developments like that, but perhaps he was wrong.

"Kirkland…? So you belong to Arthur Kirkland, I would assume?" He said, raising a brow.

With less excitement as he once had before, he nodded. "Uh huh. He's my older brother."

Peter pondered on who this guy was. He certainly didn't recognise him as fast as he did the other people here, though it was probably because he never got to go to any World Meetings or the such. It was such a bummer being a micronation, he thought, as he crossed his arms.

"Anyway, I don't think I caught your name, what is it?"

Jinsoo was not used to crowds, at least not like this. It had been such a long time since he’d been away from home, and despite the strangers he’d seen, he was surrounded by familiar faces. Unfortunately for him, those faces were not comforting.

Staying silent, he waited for someone else to strike up a conversation; he didn’t really want to talk to anyone, and wasn’t about to throw himself into a situation where he’d have to actually hold up a conversation.

Peter seemed to recognise a select few from the crowd, if not from their faces, from what Arthur had once said they looked like. It was overwhelming at first, to be honest, but Peter was always one for meeting new people - it wasn't like he was the shy type.

His eyes caught that of someone amongst the crowd of students, and he took it upon himself to introduce himself. "Heya! My name's Peter Kirkland. Nice to meet ya!" He said with a cheerful demeanor.
