hmmmm thinking about my old magical girl trinity verse. flower power / rainbow force / star light star bright. they all take place in a connected multiverse and each series + team has their own patron goddess of a trio of sisters. astraea, the eldest, is patron of the star light star bright team; iris, the middle child, is patron of the rainbow force team; flora, the youngest, has a massive case of youngest sibling syndrome and may have messed up a little with the flower power team. they'll forgive her eventually...
i didn't even realize this when i made them but their age is in order of which one existed first. stars had to exist first in order for the light spectrum to exist. light later allowed plants to grow. a serendipitous little thing that i just kinda stumbled on. either that or high school me was bigger brained than i remember
How To Introduce Yourself (with Strohl from Metaphor: ReFantazio)
Have you ever been at a rockin' party, or a new hire orientation, or even meeting that special someone for a first date and just clammed up at that inevitable question:
"So, tell me a little about yourself!"
Don't worry. Strohl, from the hit new RPG Metaphor Refantazio is here to help.
Watch along while you learn--the pertinent part is at the 3:47 marker.
SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE METAPHOR PROLOGUE.
So! How can Strohl's awakening help you learn the art of the introduction?
Simple. It all boils down to the following steps:
Say Your Name: Start simple, with who you are--literally! It's the core of the whole conversation. Make it definitive!
Our Strohlxample:
"My name is Leon Strohl da Haliaetus."
Why You're Here: This doesn't have to be anything fancy--just what brings you here today! "I saw this posting online," or "I liked your pictures." Whatever it is, don't overcomplicate it.
Our Strohlxample:
"My home and my family were taken from me."
Background: Now is when you dive a bit more into the detail well! What your qualifications are, any major life changes you're comfortable sharing, or just some fun fact about yourself!
Our Strohlxample:
"I am the last of my house! I am the last of my noble bloodline!"
Intentions: What you're all about or what you're here for at the end of the day. Straightforwardness is key here!
Our Strohlxample:
"And in the name of my people, I will strike you down where you stand!"
Conclusion: It could be a mission statement, or just a "nice to meet you!". Wrap it up, and add whatever flair you like!
Our Strohlxample:
"Come! I will show you a world with honour!"
There you have it! The next time that you find yourself at a loss on how to sell the idea of you to whoever comes along your path, just remember--speak your heart. Strohl has your back!
youtube failed me and this looks better anyways. behold, girl who would have been sosososo popular if this show came out like 6 years earlier and she hit the shelves of hot topic
still taking dcmk requests? a bit out of left field from your other stuff, but i've had a magical girl sonoko au on the mind lately, and was wondering if you might have your own takes on that š
Iāve never been great at designing outfits and I donāt have the energy for color theory tonight so the outfit.. take it or leave it tbh. I just think she would have a super cute magical girl costume, more in a stylish way than ruffles and bows (although a least a few are practically obligatory, lol)
KID - not sure if itās better for him to also be a magical boy or just on his own quest normalstyle, but he definitely gives off the āØvibe⨠so itād be easy to take him as magical⦠and heās already dealt with so much nonsense Iād say heās more likely to roll with it than not, lmao
Coolest Thing Ever - self explanatory.
Flail - she deserves one. also, i find it very fun to give magical girls wildly mismatching overkill weapons, rather than just, like, ābff beamā and ālove blastā and stuff. im not sure what kind of magic attacks magical girl Sonoko would have, but i feel like theyād have a slightly different vibe than the typical power-of-friendship thing. Still friendship-related, probably, but a different energy than the genre normally brings to the table.
But thatās just my take! Iād love to hear what youāve thought up :]
The worst mistake the 19th and 20th centuries did was convince men that to look great is to be Gayā¢. That was enough to send male fashion straight to the gutter. A damn shame, really.
Zoro keeps getting lost because he's instinctively walking towards the One Piece without realizing it.
Put him in a bubble, place him under an illusion of some place, and set him loose while the bubble is contained and you'll eventually find the One Piece.
sorry iāve been thinking about this ask for months. not directionally challenged heās just always chasing the bag
