Okay so regarding what happened to Ant.

Yes it is harassment to constantly send asks even if they are just bait about how bad the person is and how he should totally go KYS or something

Yes it is harassment to make defamatory posts on the regular and find things to poke at and twist because you think the person wronged you.

No, it's not okay for the person themselves or others around them to constantly respond and only rile yourself up more.

But literally no person is perfect.

God forbid the constant shitting on got to him, god forbid he's a person with feelings and emotions.

It's also not okay to laugh at him and giggle how you're so much better because he couldn't take it anymore. Sit down, guys, it isn't a win you think it is. Ant was not driven off the platform, his profile still exists and he made it very clear he only deleted the app off his phone. And besides, he had anons open and encouraged anonymous asks repeatedly, he replied to every last anon I sent him, he didn't have to do those things, he wanted the argument, he wanted easy wins, and when he didn't get them, he left for twitter were he's fighting with some of the dumbest people on the internet like his old pal Backseater - there's no easier win than that.

Also, it's not controversial to say that Jazzy shouldn't be defending groomers, it's a clear cut case, so clear cut that her employer saw it fit to let her go over it. I can't blame anyone for getting some satisfaction from seeing a notorious, narcissistic drama queen who's made it a habit to harass and slander people who offend her getting what we all saw coming. Many of us (including myself) warned her about this outcome, and instead we got blocked.

So what I'm saying is you're a hypocrite, why did I ever try to talk to you like an adult when you barged into my DM's or when you were putting me on blast in public.

I offer a chance to settle matters, and you show me you want to escalate through sheer rudeness? I immediately no longer care about your feelings.

I feel the moment you escalate a topic, you stop deserving my sympathy. And so you now have none.

And almost everyone involved in a certain community had exhausted my sympathy.

But that said, I am too disappointed in others to necessarily strike back either. Not only that, but there's little to be gained with continuing a petty argument.

I think you're confusing criticism and even just regular insults with harassment, just like Jazzy did with Sai. When you see more than one person saying the same thing, you accuse them of organized harassments, as if multiple people couldn't have similar opinions. I'm not saying you've never been harassed - Lily occasionally says some shit about you, and you've got chuds on your ass - but implying people like Sheev and Britt are harassing you is absurd. Crying harassment at the drop of a hat is what got everyone laughing at Jazzy - don't make the same mistake.

Honestly, I didn't read the post to the very end before I responded, just skimmed the rest. My points still stand, and if he's only deleted the app from his phone, we'll see how long it will be before he's back either on his PC or having re-downloaded the app.

It’s honestly horrific that Ant posted those screenshots of Britt to Bluesky acting like he’s being harassed when he interacted with her post first. He could have left it alone and made his own post about blocking Roux critical, but no. He just had to interact with someone who was clearly pisses off at him, and he’s surprise Britt didn’t give him a friendly reply. God.

He's done this before - if he doesn't get his way here on tumblr, he literally types "fuck it" and then posts screenshots on other socials - it's like a script. And Ant's insistence that his recent posts about Lily were relevant to the lily crit sphere is ridiculous - she replied to one anon about Ant arguing with people on a loli subreddit and he thinks his freak-out over Lily is relevant? It's drama and, as far as Lily's concerned, barely drama at that. Quite a few more people were talking in much greater depth about Ant being on that lolicon subreddit than Lily after all. But he has to make it about himself, so why not clog up the lily crit tag with his personal beef and lash out when asked to stop by one of her victims.

"Tony" comes from Tony Gabagool, the affectionate nickname Sai and others gave you when you were still in her community. You know this, you embraced it, and yeah we still use it, it's just not that affectionate anymore. A lot of people seem too stupid to know the difference between a legally backed warning to stop and, say, ILoveKimPossibleALot DMCA striking her critics and using that to dox their homes.

What KP did is vastly different than Jazzy making a legally reviewed statement requesting Sai stop. It's also vastly different than a SLAPP suit, yet based on how people are panicking in Sai's camp, you would think Jazzy just handed Sai a summons.

From where I'm standing, after months of Jazzy misleading people about an argument she had with Sai in a stream chat about a non-binary character in Dragon Age, Sai clapped back with a fairly mild insult about Jazzy's success in her career. In turn, Jazzy is threatening to escalate things to some form of legal action, or rather it's not a threat, she's said she will go ahead with at least a C&D, and that suggest further actions unless the C&D is not serious and only meant to intimidate. So exactly where did Sai do "stupid shit"? How is Jazzy not the one massively overacting to a generally mild insult certainly no worse than say what you have said about Sai. This is a genuine question, I really am having trouble understanding your perspective.

Jazzy stated what the inciting issue was not that this is a direct fucking quote from that post:

If you're gonna pretend to be ignorant at least be better at it. And Sai didn't just clap back she's constantly yapping her mouth and I know she's got alts where she's lurking constantly. And I KNOW that YOU KNOW people barely talk about her. But she wakes up salty every other day about her station in life and decides to lash out and all y'all do is enable her. Maybe if y'all asked her "why do you think you keep losing friends or people who you are close to?" we wouldn't be here every other weekend.

Jazzy can do whatever she deems is within her right to do at the end of the day, but I personally feel that Sai, this woman at her big age, should face some consequences for her actions whatever those consequences may be. @kylatea there's a lot to digest there, including why you're being so hostile and why you presume I'm pretending to be ignorant of the argument Sai and Jazzy has about the writing around a non binary character in Dragon Age. Regardless of how Jazzy felt about that argument, the fact remains that Jazzy for months would pop into people's comments (including mine) on posts unrelated to her and make posts of her own to drag Sai and, in my opinion, greatly mislead people on what transpired mainly through omission of information or framing it as Sai being transphobic towards her when nothing of the kind happened. The most Sai had done until recently was talk about the incident in her discord.

All that is just getting off on a side track, ultimately the question I'm asking is what actions of Sai's warrant this threat of legal action? Sai called Jazzy a z-lister, which isn't even a clearly false statement, even if it is unkind. You say you know Sai's doing other things, but how? You should consider that your own bias against Sai is making you leap to conclusions that are unfounded.

Most people deal with others insulting them on the internet by ignoring them. But Jazzy's embarking on a course that will cost her money and likely damage her career. So if you're worried about people blowing smoke up people's asses, why hasn't anyone pushed back against this extremely ill-advised course?

This wide eye "Why are you behaving like this?" bit might work on some people but it doesn't work on me so cut it ok. I'm not being hostile, I'm being direct because I'm fed up. I understand that you're upset over hearing people say mean stuff about your friend, I feel the same way, but we should be able to communicate maturely here. For instance, I'm bi and nothing she's ever said about bi people has ever struck me as weird. Yes, I take a step back and consider if I'm being an asshole all the time; it's something you learn do as you mature if you're aiming to be a kind and genuinely good person. But it doesn't seem like you or your friends do this. That's how you've all become so self-righteous, hateful, and controlling. From where I'm standing, after months of Jazzy misleading people about an argument she had with Sai in a stream chat about a non-binary character in Dragon Age, Sai clapped back with a fairly mild insult about Jazzy's success in her career. In turn, Jazzy is threatening to escalate things to some form of legal action, or rather it's not a threat, she's said she will go ahead with at least a C&D, and that suggest further actions unless the C&D is not serious and only meant to intimidate. So exactly where did Sai do "stupid shit"? How is Jazzy not the one massively overacting to a generally mild insult certainly no worse than say what you have said about Sai. This is a genuine question, I really am having trouble understanding your perspective.

Jazzy stated what the inciting issue was not that this is a direct fucking quote from that post:

My issue is she said a character simply saying "I'm non-binary" was a case of the writers "Pushing politics down other people's throats", phrasing that I HEAVILY disagreed with as I don't see someone stating their gender identity as a political issue and I find it concerning that a cis woman is insisting this idea and getting defensive (as well as extremely hostile) when all I asked in response was "How is someone being non-binary political?"

If you're gonna pretend to be ignorant at least be better at it. And Sai didn't just clap back she's constantly yapping her mouth and I know she's got alts where she's lurking constantly. And I KNOW that YOU KNOW people barely talk about her. But she wakes up salty every other day about her station in life and decides to lash out and all y'all do is enable her. Maybe if y'all asked her "why do you think you keep losing friends or people who you are close to?" we wouldn't be here every other weekend.

Jazzy can do whatever she deems is within her right to do at the end of the day, but I personally feel that Sai, this woman at her big age, should face some consequences for her actions whatever those consequences may be. Because I've seen the shit she spews and the people like you that shovel it on down the way making excuses. If you really care about your friend you would tell her to pump the breaks and let it go. Everyone else has.

@kylatea there's a lot to digest there, including why you're being so hostile and why you presume I'm pretending to be ignorant of the argument Sai and Jazzy has about the writing around a non binary character in Dragon Age. Regardless of how Jazzy felt about that argument, the fact remains that Jazzy for months would pop into people's comments (including mine) on posts unrelated to her and make posts of her own to drag Sai and, in my opinion, greatly mislead people on what transpired mainly through omission of information or framing it as Sai being transphobic towards her when nothing of the kind happened. The most Sai had done until recently was talk about the incident in her discord.

All that is just getting off on a side track, ultimately the question I'm asking is what actions of Sai's warrant this threat of legal action? Sai called Jazzy a z-lister, which isn't even a clearly false statement, even if it is unkind. You say you know Sai's doing other things, but how? You should consider that your own bias against Sai is making you leap to conclusions that are unfounded.

Most people deal with others insulting them on the internet by ignoring them. But Jazzy's embarking on a course that will cost her money and likely damage her career. So if you're worried about people blowing smoke up people's asses, why hasn't anyone pushed back against this extremely ill-advised course?

A lot of people seem too stupid to know the difference between a legally backed warning to stop and, say, ILoveKimPossibleALot DMCA striking her critics and using that to dox their homes.

What KP did is vastly different than Jazzy making a legally reviewed statement requesting Sai stop. It's also vastly different than a SLAPP suit, yet based on how people are panicking in Sai's camp, you would think Jazzy just handed Sai a summons.

The irony of course being, in your response, you are spreading damaging rumors about Jazzy that could be used in reference to a lawsuit should Jazzy choose to take stronger measures. Because that would be damaging to her reputation and would be entirely fraudulent.

And your only legal defenses could be you didn't know the difference between a C&A and a SLAPP....or you were too scared to think clealry.

So which is it? Fear or stupidity?
