Racism... You're doing it wrong.
I have never quite understood racism. The very people who claim to be fighting it are the ones building up more walls.
We focus so much on the differences and not enough on the fact that people are people. For example you can say “ I don’t care about your white girl problems” but how dare someone say “I don’t care about your black girl problems.” both are equally hurtful disgusting things to say.
Being treated equally is about treating other people how you should be treated. Not belittling the other persons problems. Everyone has problems and we have all been racially discriminated against at some point.
And why does race define an attitude or personality? How awful is that? Don’t tell me I’m white because I use good grammar and tend to use my mothers valley girl accent sometimes. Don’t tell me I’m black because I like soul food and R&B music.
How dare you call yourself fighting racism when all your doing is creating category’s to disclude each other because it would be harder to actually do anything about it. You can still embrace culture without segregating each other.
