on top of a really stressful difficult period of my life I am currently going through my boyfriend broke up with me yesterday with like no indication it was going to happen and obvs break ups are hard for everyone but if you have bpd you know it’s like a whole other level of hell. worst thing is he’s made his mind up, there’s no discussion to have. it’s just over. right now I just can’t handle being alive.
