Using avocado mayo instead of regular mayo, a healthier option and much more delicious if you ask me. ---- two cans of tuna/two tablespoons avocado mayo/juice from a small lime/salt to taste - then threw in one tomato/one red bell pepper/red onion/bunch of organic spring mix/one Hass avocado/some olive oil drizzled.
