Luckily the Ravenclaw I payed to fix my computer only took like 3 days. Which is way sooner than I expected.

It is sad. For us it’s just a guarantee nobody will have to worry about work. We’re basically together all the time in different locations. We’re big enough to be together like that.

I would personally think getting together with such a large family would be harder than with a small family because there are just so many people. But I suppose it’s easier to meet with a part of your family.

I understand completely and I would fully expect this kind of talk from the brother of my current crush. I’m new to this whole dating thing but I can promise you that I’ll never hurt your sister. She means a lot to me and I like her more than I can convey in words. I guess I have no choice but to agree to your terms. So long as you believe me when I say that I won’t hurt her. 

Many people would still keep all of it themselves and just spread it out over the year.... Or eat it all in one day and get sick. Hmm you also got fruit. People still care about your health I see.

Yes, that would have been unfortunate: devoting time to disliking people is just wasted energy, I think.  Especially when good communication can resolve so many issues, like this one.  I hope so: it’s such a fascinating place if you keep your wits about you.  I think many witches and wizards get lazy sometimes, and just assume that everything around them is safe and designate anything that requires consideration as bad.  Yes, that can be problematic: there are some shopkeepers that are just looking to pinch every coin you come in with, so you’re almost better walking in without a knut to your name.  Although that’s not really the case with an antique store.  Unless you know what you’re looking for, it looks quite suspicious coming in without any money there.

Yes: well, tattoos are a very direct form of communication, and something like your face is even more so.  Do they allow people to get tattoos in prison?  What’s a tear tattoo?

To be honest, I doubt many people these days know what to find in Knockturn Alley besides your family’s shop. I for sure don’t. And it just kind of looks like a deserted alley anyway when you walk passed it. Besides the few people walking there. Well I did have some money, but just not enough of course.

It’s a strange muggle thing where guys in prison get a face tattoo of a tear under their eye. Don’t really know the point of it though.

Right? I’d hope that if they were going to be more stringent about it they’d have put a restroom in the same corridor so there was somewhere we could go before we got inside of our house. Moaning Myrtle’s toilet? I’m selfishly very glad that she’s not still hanging around Hogwarts, I don’t think I’d have been a very good source of comfort for her. The bathroom’s not exactly my favorite place to hang out and chat.

Maybe you ravenclaws could decide to put a bucket outside in case of need. That would probably be the smart thing to do. Yeah that one. I wonder where she went though. What if she returns one day. It would be funny if she decided to haunt some muggle school though. I don’t think anyone would ever visit her toilet if she was still there though.

As with any holiday, there are certain things you receive that are unwelcome or you already have one or you just don’t like it, and alas, it seems as though I’ve now fallen into that category. I have a ginormous basket of chocolates and goodies that I simply don’t want. Mum heard about Honeydukes burning down so she went to a sweets shop near the house and bought 10 baskets of assorted sweets and treats. And since I don’t eat chocolate, its up for grabs for anyone who wants some. Happy Easter everyone!

Well, Muggle technology does make it easy to just text someone inside and say ‘please open the door for me!’ when you’re in a hurry, but I’ve actually found that on occasion, the portrait will respond to cranky people demanding the door be opened because they’re in a rush to use the loo or about to fall asleep on their feet. I suppose it’s not as rigid as we make it seem, but maybe we just do that to deter unwanted visitors!

Oh well, that’s a good thing though. It would be really annoying if you had to pee and you couldn’t get in and you had to run all the way to thta one toilet that has those ‘haunted’ rumours. It’s a better defense system than any other house probably has. I doubt any non-ravenclaw could solve a riddle while others could overhear the password.

Thank you; I appreciate that.  I suppose I’m just overly protective of the shop: it’s more home to me than my actual home I think.  However, I still shouldn’t have been so severe, so I owe you an apology as well.  As for Knockturn Alley itself…well, it’s a work in progress, to be certain.  And of course it carries some of the unsavory reputation from the last Wizarding War, so I’m not surprised that the older generation steer clear.  Oh?  I must have missed you that day– how unfortunate.  I could have turned around your whole perspective, I think.  Did you find anything interesting?

Absolutely– and maybe a level of attraction that didn’t deter you from looking into a mirror.  Even if it marked me as a God I can’t imagine getting something horrid-looking permanently scarred on my face.

Well, I’m glad we cleared that up since this misunderstanding would have been awkward in the long run. Maybe Knockturn Alley will have a different reputation? I have no idea to be honest. I haven’t heard many good things about it. And besides the reputation it has because of the past not too many bad things either. Nah Not really, I didn’t spend much time in there... didn’t really have the coin to buy anything either way.
