Also getting stuck in a parallel world where he shows up after this universes Castiel just died and Dean is VERY against Castiel finding a way back to his own. Probably set during the gas station divorce era because I said so and it's fun. Maybe this Dean is Demon Dean ? Or just a really possessive grieving version of the main series Dean.

A feral, scared, angry version of their dad.

A Bruce Wayne seeing Gotham, still violent, still loud, still a shitshow. But it's better, it's so much better then the Gotham he grew up in. All the same and completely different.

Seeing a life where he might not be better, or healthier or cared for in the way he wanted but wanting to protect it anyway.
