Sometimes the "Earth is a deathworld" posts I think lean a bit far into making Earth weirder to the point that it actually breaks suspension of disbelief, but I will say. You know who would definitely think Earth is a deathworld?
One of the more plausible alternatives to water as a solvent for life is ammonia. Ammonia-based life (where we would be water-based life) would require either much lower temperatures (think icy moons of gas giants) or much, much higher pressures (think the gas giants themselves), so most of their encounters with water would be as a solid, and when they do encounter it as a liquid, they would consider it acidic. Also, ammonia is highly flammable in an oxygenated atmosphere and, compared to water, is more vulnerable to being broken apart by UV rays
If there is an ice world with complex ammonia-based life somewhere out there, to them our planet is boiling hot, covered in oceans of acid lava, with an atmosphere that sets you on fire, and we're constantly being bombarded by deadly radiation
If there is a gas giant with complex anmonia-based life somewhere out there, to them our planet barely has an atmosphere and what little atmosphere it has sets you on fire, instead of a supercritical ocean our "core" is covered in shallow lakes of acid lava, and we're constantly being bombarded by deadly radiation

Can you imagine how much they'd freak out if they learned Sol g has life on it??? Like, complex, multicellular life. Just. In the acid lava. Swimming around. Breathing the gas that sets you on fire. Some of them are even sapient. The sapient ones like to expose themselves to the deadly radiation for fun.
