marauders rant

not to start anything, but anyone who argues that the marauders fandom characterization is all bollocks because canon shows them being assholes clearly didn't pay attention to their animagus's.

like, James's animagus is a STAG. literally the creature for compassion and nobility??? you cannot convince me he is always an asshole because of the single scene we saw with him.

and Sirius is a black dog!! a creature that has represented loyalty and guardionship for years.

their true personalities show THROUGH the animagus's and are characterized as thus by majority of the fandom, so like... come on.

finally, before anyone calls bs, the animagus's are so clearly results of the persons personality (just look at peter and how he's potrayed, and hell, even minnie.) this doesn't just happen in one instance. the marauders fandom doesn't make any of these characters perfect, not by a mile. but that's like... the point?? they're flawed, and can still be good in the end.

Wolfstar are horny 24/7 and Jegulus are grossly inlove 25/8 but on rare occasions they swap places and Jegulus is FILTHY and Wolfstar is just absolutely gag worthy head-over-heals
