I met Amber from F(x)!!

So I met Amber from F(x) yesterday at a cafe I work at in Koreatown LA.

At first when she walked in, I immediately recognized her but wasn't quite sure. She came in saying, "I'm looking for someone," and proceeded to go into the indoor area. I asked my coworkers if that's Amber and he said, "Yeah, she comes here time to time with Beenzino and his girlfriend."

It was my first time seeing a K-pop idol that closely. It seemed as she came to dine with her father which was really nice to see. I really wanted to ask her for a picture with her but I didn't want to bother her spending time with her father so I didn't.

When she called for a server to ask for their bill, I took the chance to tell her I'm her fan and I got super super shy. So many things crossed my mind like should I talk to her in Korean or what? But I guessed she'd be more comfortable with English, and besides, I think it would have been rude of me to talk to her in Korean when her father, who can't speak Korean, was right there.

She got shy and smiled when I told her I'm her fan and it was so cute hahaha her dad cracked a typical dad joke that he's famous too. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I couldn't do much more. I gave them their bill and cleaned their table blablabla

I ended up having no courage to ask for a picture together after their dining. And honestly it was super busy and there were only like 2 other servers that were working with me so I had no time to ask her for one.

It was just a good experience. She's cuter in real life? And so skinny! I hope she eats well and hopefully I'll be able to see her again 💕
