The Avatar fandom has a weird racism problem where people are attacking black and poc for having Navi ocs with darker toned and curly hair or attacking black and poc just for being in the fandom.. are we forgetting the Navi are inspired by mostly Africans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders and many other indigenous groups??

I hate to say it but the RDA treats the Mangkwan like they are a model minority I seen a video where it’s mangkwan propaganda narrated by an RDA member and if you know anything about the model minority definition and how it plays out then it will make sense

I am very curious if anyone has a human/avatar hating Na’vi clan or na’vi oc like a navi that thinks humans should not be redeemed or is equal to them. I feel as if some Na’vi would actually hate their oppressors/colonizers and sees them as parasites

I have a feeling that after the avatar movies they’ll pull a humans and Na’vi can live together in harmony type of thing. Like no?? Humans went on their land and destroyed it and is infiltrating them (you cannot get in the club if you wasn’t invited), it feels as if nothing is or should be sacred anymore or should only be allowed for Na’vi it’s like the movie is telling you all cultures should be shared even though it’s disrespectful. Why would any sane Na’vi accept their oppressors and let them in their clans when every problem rooted from them idk I just hope they don’t pull a kumbaya and every human should just leave pandora. I’m just glad Tsutey doesn’t put up with any of the bs still.

No matter what human is aggressive or not either they are allies the Navi are still getting colonized even without the RDA like it pushes the narrative that they are entitled to be included in Navi culture and the navis should just shut up and accept it atp I think they are fucked
