Do you ever get anxiety when there is too much stuff that you have to remember, so you get all freaked out that you will forget if you don't constantly repeat everything in your mind and that gets you all stressed? And then you are like: "Oh, I know. I will write it down and that will help me get a grip." And then you have a never ending to-do list which brings you to another anxiety attack, because: " There is too much shit to do! How do I handle this!!?"
