If you are so inclined, please tell me your thoughts and feelings about having/not having a local accent in the tags/comments!! I would love to hear!! This, of course, goes for other/nuance voters as well!!

*as in someone can identify where you are from just based on your accent** (no matter how obscure of an accent you have)

**as in the way you pronounce/sign your words(creek vs crick), NOT dialect i.e. vocab and grammar differences(soda vs pop)

ALSO, EVERYONE HAS AN ACCENT DIPSHIT IT CAME FREE WITH YOUR FUCKING LANGUAGE :P

#i do have some words that i often use that are from my birth region and that (apperantly?) make other's notice i am not from around here #but whenever i am with my mother's side of the family i quickly take on some of their dialect / words w/o realizing it #only as long as i am there tho #i do not have a destinct dialect per se id say (at least no one has told me i do)#i do understand almost all dialects without much trouble tho? but i do not rlly have a destinct one on my own? kinda sad :(#only kreppel krapfen berliner pfannkuchen really gives it away in my case i think fgjrbtgjhrtg #and using “wa?” a lot which i wasnt aware is smthn from my region until someone pointed it out fhrtjr #not sure if people can directly place from where i am
