Then again she’d probably pin it on Krillin to keep up with his brother-in-law. 18 apparently hadn’t been in contact with him until recently! She couldn’t imagine why. But she was pleased to get to know the Android that her son Gohan spoke fondly of.

“Hah..! Oh!” The joke was lost on her at first. She giggles and waves, albeit nervously. “Yeah! Kinda silly if ya think ‘bout it. Err..”

She side-eyes the towering automaton, “..ya still don’t got a bone’ta pick with Goku, do ya?”

“Negative, I do not have any bones.”

Wait. That’s not what that question meant.

“...To pick with your husband.”

Even for an automaton, that delivery was not very convincing. He could do better than that, and probably needed to in order to avoid misplaced suspicion.

After significant analysis, I have concluded it was never a wise or moral order, and would not consider obeying it were it given to me now.”

In my experience, it is a poor decision to murder someone just because you have been told to do so. Even if you were repeatedly told to do so.

If someone wants someone else dead, they can do their own murdering. That, too, is probably a poor decision, but it is theirs to make.
