Should I make a new fitbr?
Hey guys I know I hardly been posting much lately, I'm kinda in a funk fitness wise. I'm thinking of making a new fitbr to jump start my journey again. Should I ?
I've been workingout for the past 8days,cardio and "muscles workout" I'm sore everywhere, but it's normal Yesterday I went jogging for 20 min I noticed I was getting better in longer distance running, but today when I wanted to do "muscles workout" or weight workout I got really bad cramps My arm is hurting like hell and I get cramps in my legs and & chest while walking What should I do? Should I stop working out for a few days or keep working out (any suggestions, what) ?
Lol girl for the past 8 days?? you are a beast no wonder you are sore! rest days are just as important as the days you work out. you should have one - two rest days per week. For now take an ice cold shower or bath, and stretch alot! I mean alot ! and just take it easy for the next day or two. And if you really want to do some exercise, do some yoga and then get back into your workout. BUT remember you need rest days, so your muscles can relax and heal themselves.
Hope this helps :)

Hey! I love your blog, wouldyou mind checking out mine?(: haha my goal is to also get a bigger butt omg do you have any tips for me?? I weight lift 3 times a week and make sure to eat enough carbs/protein but I just have a reaaallly hard time building muscle :( Do you think insanity would be good for building muscles all around (include legs/butt)? or is it geared more towards fat loss? SOrry for so many questions haha!
Aww I love your blog too, I totally followed!. I find gaining muscle so much harder than to lose weight. If you want to build muscle for strength I suggest increasing the weights like by 3-10 lbs when you lift weights each week or so because the human body is very adaptable and you don't want to be plateauing. If you want a bigger butt lol just increase the amount of reps but with smaller weights. The eating process is just as important , and you just have to keep being consistent with it. Unfortunately we can't choose where the food goes. And yes insanity, I find is more geared toward fat loss and gaining lean muscle. Since you want to add bulk to your booty lol I wouldn't suggest it. However if you want leaner looking legs go for it. I would do a mixture of insanity and weight lifting, you can't just do one and achieve the goal you want.
Hope this helps :)

lol this is my motivation right here!
how many weight have you lost? I think you are loseing weight if you have this kind of theme blog.
I have actually gained 5 pounds but I now wear size small sometimes extra small vs before a size medium for tops. My goal is to get a bigger butt and I was almost a size zero before but now a size 4 for pants. This blog is about going after a healthy goal whatever your preferred goal is to become skinner, curvier, stronger etc. Everyone has their own perception of what is an ideal body image , what's pretty and what's not. I support all goals as long as you go about it in a healthy manner. If you force yourself to throw up so you can become skinny, I do not support that at all. But if you want to become skinny by changing your diet and working out. And the diet can't be some silly water diet or something. If you want to scone skinny by eating vegetables but eat dairies or beans for protein and iron to maintain a healthy balance diet, getting all the nutrients you need,go for it . Sorry for the late reply . Feel free to msg me if you have any other questions or comment :) Getfit-eathealthy
I'm over 245 pounds and Im in my teens. I began walking a month ago and I walk for atleast 2-4 miles from Monday - Friday depending where I start to walk from. But I want to exercise a lot more, I want a small stomach because I do have a hangover pooch, a much bigger buttocks, and slimmer arms. I have hips and large thighs but I actually like my thighs but I do want to slim them down a bit. Any at home work out suggestions? Advice on eating healthy?
When I first started working out, I tired insanity but I would not recommend it. Realizing that it was too difficult and I was very active back in high school and It was very hard for me as well. I would suggest looking at Jillian Michaels, her workout videos are great! And you can go at your own pace. It's great you started walking and you should continue to do it. If you're up for it try jogging and walking every half a mile or something. Increasing your cardio is great for your heart and over time it will allow you to do more intensive workouts. I would recommend lifting weights as well when you become stronger so you'll be able to maintain the weight you lost. Do not underestimate the power of weight lifting. I was 110 pounds but I was a size medium for tops and Some pants I could get away with size 0. As you can see it wasn't an attractive body image to me. Now I wear size small or xs and I'm a size 4 in pants but I weight 118 pounds. Muscle is much denser than fat. Eating is so important, more important than working out and it's something you have to research about and commit to. Don't think that if you eat salads and not meats you'll lose more weight. It's all about a healthy balance diet which nutrient dense food, and eating at the right time and fitting it in your lifestyle. I personally find eating healthy is difficult but it's all about commitment, consistency, and self discipline. Also it's okay if you have one cheat day , no one said you can't. But trust me when you start eating healthier , your taste buds change and eating junk food isn't as great as it once seem. It's gonna be a long journey but it's so worth it. If you have any more questions ask me , and I'm alway here to support you and your journey towards a new healthier you ! :) - getfit-eathealthy
