4th-20th: $20 Amazon gift card each

How to win:

1. Download Flixup (flixup.io/get). 2. Remake a movie, TV show, or music video scene and post it on the Flixup app with #FlixupAMovie. 3. "Like” your favorite flix, and ask friends and family to support yours!

The contest closes at 12:00am PST, August 13. In other words, August 12 is the final day!

#FlixupAMovie Contest: Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions:

1. About Flixup: Flixup is a free social media video application for iOS (iPhone).

2. Eligibility:

This contest is open to all Flixup users worldwide. Note: Prizes will be awarded in Amazon gift cards valid in the entrant’s country of residence. If Amazon credit is not available in an entrant’s country of residence, they may not be eligible to claim a prize.

Entrants younger than 18 years of age require non-written parental consent to enter.

3. Winners:

Prizes will be awarded to the creators of the Flix with the most likes in the Flixup app. Likes and shares on other social media applications will not be considered, although spot prizes may be awarded to users who promote their Flix externally.

4. Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to the 20 eligible Flix with the most likes in the Flixup platform. Prizes are as follows:

1st place: $600 Amazon gift card 2nd place: $400 Amazon gift card 3rd place: $100 Amazon gift card 4th-20th place: $20 Amazon gift card each

Values listed above are in US Dollars. If an entrant is not a United States resident, efforts will be made to give the relative value in the currency of the entrant’s country of residence.

This contest is free to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Any attempt to exchange money, goods, or services of value to improve a contestant’s chances of winning may invalidate that entry.

6. How to enter:

1. Download Flixup (flixup.io/get). 2. Remake a movie, TV show, or music video scene and post it on the Flixup app with #FlixupAMovie. 3. Flix must use the tag #FlixupAMovie to be eligible. 4. “Like” your favorite flix, and ask friends and family to support yours!

7. Notification of winners:

Winners will be announced on Flixup’s Twitter and Instagram accounts, the Flixup blog, and through any other channels deemed appropriate.

Efforts will also be made to notify winners via in-app notification and SMS.

Winners must make themselves known to the Flixup team and provide an appropriate method of receiving their prize in order to win. Appropriate methods include an email address, Amazon account, or phone number.

8. Use of content

Entrants in the #FlixupAMovie contest agree to allow their content to be shared on other social media platforms, and to be used in advertising on social media and elsewhere.

9. Inappropriate content

Flixup reserves the right to remove any Flix that are deemed to be offensive or inappropriate for the Flixup platform. Flixup’s decision in these matters is final, and there is no right of appeal.

The following are examples of inappropriate content:

Images or video containing sex or nudity

Images or video containing raw violence

Images or video containing racism or discrimination

Images or video containing drug use

Images or video containing consumption of beer from a non-European brand (seriously)
