Summary: It’s easy to make assumptions about people, especially for someone like Alfred, who already had an uphill battle against the stereotypes surrounding his people: loud, ignorant, oblivious.

It was easier to laugh them off when he wasn’t experiencing unexplainable lapses in his grasp of the English language. Surely, this was something he had to just power through and figure out on his own, right?
