If anyone knows where Nigel Grierson took this photo or who exactly the golden haired siren featured on the cover is, I’d love to know. (For the purpose of crediting) Bx
#livejacketFlix is a series of animated album covers which I started during the Covid lockdown 2020. It’s a celebration of the artists who created the original jackets (see hashtags) while practising my photoshop skills. Enjoy Bx

Song: After The Flood
Artist: Talk Talk
Date: 1991
Album: Laughing Stock
Talk Talk’s music observed nature’s cycle of growth and transformation. With each new album a fruitful harvest brought with it a handful of golden seeds. In retrospect, all five albums are linked like one giant song. The synthetic pop of early records was passionate but highly polished. It disquised Marks emotive vocals and trademark vulnerability. But this gave Talk Talk something to break away from. Stripped down, slowed down, each time more organic, they left behind a painted world and reawoke in Eden.
