sometimes I get really mad at things being labelled as blanket-label "disability friendly" when it is specific to particular disabilities and exclusive of others. specifically how often this is exclusive to people who don't have full use of their arms or upper body problems in general. I'm so tired man

#han speaks #I saw a short video about disability friendly exercise and it's all arm movements I can't do and I got mad #it's a lot of things though #there's a lot of overlap between bmthings that exclude wheelchair users and people without full use of arms #like the fucking actual literal DOORS at one of the MEDICAL BULDINGS I have to visit a lot #anyways I'll just die mad about it
