My wife has spent the past like. three weeks. trying to get the paperwork to work from home for the next month until her surgery is completely healed. Which her boss is totally fine with but HR kept asking for more and more paperwork. And they finally got back to her yesterday like "your four weeks of *leave* has been approved. Apparently because her doctor filled out the wrong part of the form and HR never noticed it was different than the emails my wife was sending them?? And since part of it goes through a state program for medical leave, we think she's probably not legally allowed to work now for the next four weeks lmao. The funniest part is she was back working (from home) for exactly two days before the approval went through.

I accidently made Aerliht a really great Azem because all she wants is to (1) be a hero and (2) to see new places and meet new girls people. All of this established in like HW, so it was lucky it worked out.
