One thing I hate about Descendants (especially the new trilogy) is that instead of using characters that were already created and appeared in books and stuff, they just create entirely new characters with the same parents.

The Descendants Hidden Heroes cast was recently revealed and I have... some thoughts. Our main girl is Jennie, daughter of the Genie. But we already have Jordan from Wicked World? We also have Zara, daughter of Yzma. Uh... Yzla? Zevon? We also have the Potts siblings, but we already have Chip and Carina. But im pretty sure all the kids were originally tea cups, so that makes sense. Idk, I havent seen beauty and the beast in so long.

You could argue that it makes sense because its in the new timeline, but heres the thing, this is supposed to be a completely different story after Kylie said she didnt want to continue descendants. Malia will still appear as Chloe, but what will happen with Red's absence? Will she even be relevant to the story?

if your necromancer is digging that is NOT cute. they only exhume bodies when they're extremely stressed. a proper well-enriched necromancer is provided with enemies to kill and reanimate on a regular basis and will make their enemies claw out their own graves as a play behavior.

alternatively you might have a mad scientist that was sold as a necromancer. this is sadly very common but the two breeds actually have very different habitat requirements

So Victor scrapped the female creature he was working on for the original creature because he didnt like the idea of them fucking and having kids. All this has done is made me imagine what a child born from the undead would be like. Technically they're alive, but they weren't freshly dead when they were brought back to life. Would the hypothetical female creature even be able to get pregnant? Should I resurrect Mary Shelley and ask her personally?
