One of the scariest things that happens on this website is that homestuck just goes trending every now and then for literally no reason at all.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to masturbate before reaching out to the person you THINK you miss or wanna talk to. If you bust that nut and still feel that way? Cool reach out, but an unfulfilled orgasm really will take over your mind and get you in some mess you really donāt need to be in
Bust a nut before ya bust ur heart yo
I always get so fucking mad when I remember that itās actually a 16-year-old Algerian girl who influenced BOTH Picasso and Matisse. and. No one gives a ratās ass about her work which was very focused on women and nature. History -or people dare I say- didnāt bother to remember her name because she was a young Algerian woman and no one cares about Maghrebi/Arab women. unlike P*casso & M*tisse who both became legends, almost gods both during their lives and after their deaths, no one knows her.
Her name was Baya Mahieddine.
I wish there was an internet trend to collect and document and circulate artists that should actually be getting the credit.
Oh, Iāll play. Everyone has heard of impressionism and may have heard of the Impressionists. A group of artists who took the derogatory term for their work and turned it into a movement. Youāve probably heard of Monet, Manet, Degas or Renoir.
An imdb mini series that claims to be based on documentaries called it a āBrotherhoodā and left the lady members out of it.
Including Berthe Morisot, who was a prolific painter and an integral part of the movement.
Since she was quite going Morisot had been painting āen plein airā, basically meaning outdoors in open areas. Not incredibly common because paint tubes had only recently been invented and paints dried quickly and it was considered impractical.
But she had a group of like minded friends, after all she married Manetās younger brother, and they were described by one critic as āfive or six lunaticsāamong them a womanāa group of unfortunate creatures.ā.
She was there from the beginning, an original member, when they were known as SociƩtƩ Anonyme des artistes.
Iām going on a bit much, but she wanted to change art, she helped them set up their own exhibition which, at the timeā¦wasnāt done really. Private exhibitions were rare, but since most of her fellow artists were rejected from being displayed at the Paris Salon (not your girl though, she was displayed there) they had to fund their own.
She captured women often during mundane moments, moments that men didnāt really see as being quite as important. As a woman age we not allowed access to the cafes that many of the men went to for their muses, so she captured the women in her life, often her only daughter Julie.
Anyway, she was relevant and important and boss and here are some of my favourite of her work.

This should be considered criminal and someone needs to account for this because this is RIDICULOUS

A Good Thing To Know!
https://www.tribecafilm.com/stories/the-truth-according-to-darren-wilson-a-narrative-ferguson-mike-brown
This narrative scene was inspired by Darren Wilson's first and only television interview. This film is the premiere of Tribeca's new series
He made it with filmmaker and BLM activist Sol Guy and you wouldnāt know from the title, but itās actually a short film, not a documentary, about Darren Wilson being a fucking liar.
Tumblr completely erasing the work of a Black activist/artist while simultaneously finding ways to slander an LGBTQ Jewish person at the same time due to literally not bothering to find out what the film was about in the first place? Iām shocked.
If you have billions of dollars it shouldnāt be a crime to steal from you. Youāve got enough money that your security should be your own responsibility and anyone who manages to swipe from your hoard deserves applause for besting a supervillain
Over a billion and you reach the social connotations that dragons have, as in stealing from you is considered a Challenge rather than a Crime
my friend angella was doing a comedy gig, and as soon as she came out a guy shoutedĀ ācan i give you my number?ā and all the crowd groaned cause it was so inappropriate but angella was like āyeah sureā. the guy started shouting out his number and she started entering it into her phone. the whole crowd was like woaaah. she got the whole number and then dialled it and it rang. everyone lost their shit. finally the guy answered and angella just said āhello? shut the fuck upā and it was the most incredible thing iāve ever seenĀ
So some of these details are probably wrong, it happened a long time ago so I donāt remember the specifics leading up, but it was incredible. A friend of mine who does stand up was doing his bit at open mic one night, and a guy was heckling him. Just being a total asshole, and then his phone rang and he started talking loudly on his phone about how heās at open mic and this guy isnāt funny,Ā etc. Now the weird thing about hecklers is that they just want to be a part of something most of the time, so my friend said, āhey man, whatās your name? Can I see your phone for a second?ā
The guy actually handed over his phone, and my friend hung up, and scrolled through his contact list until he found the person he was looking for. He hit dial, and starts.
āHello?Ā Is this [Nameās] mom? Great! Itās very nice to talk to you. Iām a comedian in the middle of my standup routine, and your son is being very rude, [lists off some of the things her son said]ā¦. hold on, can I get you to repeat that?ā
He takes the phone away, puts it in speakerphone and holds it up to the mic.
āI said, Iām sorry my son is being such an asshole.ā
Everyone lost it. Fuckinā destroyed by his own mother. My friend said it was one of his proudest moments ever.
āHi everyone, Iām Rajaā
āAnd Iām Ravenā

Just saying but the negative aspects of capitalism is literally what is holding the world back from being sustainable. The only reason we donāt have safe drinking water, shelter, food, medicine, education, and clean energy for every person on this earth is because it wouldnāt be profitable for the 0.1% of the worldās population whose entire income is based solely around limiting those resources for lower class and impoverished people.
Human communication truly is incredible.
remember when Aang was going to stand trial for a murder Kyoshi committed, and they found all this evidence that proved that Kyoshi couldnāt have done it, and it was all pretty solid that she shouldnāt have even been near the murder when it happened, and they were going to prove her and Aangās innocence if they could just argue the defense, and then Kyoshi manifested during the trial and was like ānah, I killed that manā and peaced out, leaving Aang to get boiled alive just so she could take credit for it
