Okay so uhm I looked at your group and this is an OC group right? And you can audition for characters that you made yourself? I don't get that. The point of an OC group is to make your own character not to have you make one. This defeats the whole purpose of an OC group.

Yes this is an OC group....I'm not quite sure what you mean but I assume you are talking about the 'open' characters?

To explain those, they are basically just fillers, as in people can audition for them if they want but they are mainly just for keeping the main page active...though as of late I realize things haven't been nearly as active as I'd like and I apologize for that, I've been busy and Tumblr didn't notify me about any messages -_-

Quarantine City

The Quarantine Cities are news everywhere. So is the virus. Everyone knows about it. The same words scroll across the bottom of the television screen endlessly: VIRUS WARNING IN EFFECT. 

People are being rounded up, herded like animals into these quarantine cities where any and all contact is completely shut off from the rest of the world. You don’t understand where this virus has come from, why these facilities seemingly existed before the virus, and what exactly the government is going to do about all of this.

The one thing you do know, for absolute certain, is that they were going to come for you.

It was like a sneaking premonition, a paranoia that haunted your dreams weeks before it actually happened. You were always subconsciously on the lookout, ready to flee at any given moment. Whatever you owned was always packed. But when they did come for you, you weren’t ready.

You’re taken straight to a Quarantine City with no preamble. They take away your clothes, anything on your body, and replace it with a sullen gray jumper that doesn’t fit quite right. A card with an apartment number is thrust into your hand along with a white, plastic backpack filled with things you don’t understand the meaning of quite yet. You’re given a red pill in a small container and a shot in the forearm. They give you a letter you don’t read until you’ve arrived at your apartment cube. There’s not much to the letter, but you hate it all the same.

What we do not know, we fear. When we fear, we lose. When we lose, we do not survive.

Will you survive?

The more important question is: Are you worthy?

If you’re not, your end is nigh.

Character Background: One of the oldest gods of the land and is the most feared of them all even among the other gods. As she loves it. She abides by none and punishes though who disrespect her in the cruelest way she can find and more often then not the punishment it far worse then whatever brought it upon the poor soul.

Personality: Manipulative, sly, loves the sound of the trouble she brings, and the fear she instills within both human and gods. Though when things don't go her way she tends to act like a child throwing a tantrum.

Yume Naito // Villager // FC: Kayley // Movie: Quest for Camelot // Open

Character Background: Yume has grown up in the village and has always been fascinated with the tales that surround it. She's always off on some sort of adventure searching for some truth to the legends she's come to know and love. Normally her adventures almost always wind up with her getting into some form of trouble but she always manages to find her way out again.

The other villagers think that she's reckless but she doesn't care, they can think what they what, she knows that the legends are true and is out to prove it no matter what.

Personality: With her adventurous heart comes a natural curiosity, which is normally what causes her to get into trouble. But it's her determination and courage that tends to get her out in the end. Though the others call her reckless she actually has a good sense as to what she's doing.

Hikari Junsuina // Spirit Guide // FC: Lady Amalthea // Movie: The Last Unicorn // Open

Character Background: Hikari has been a Spirit Guide for as long as she can remember, she's lead many to where they needed to be and has never once failed. However the more time that passes the more and more she longs to be human. Of course, this can never be which she realizes, but doesn't want to accept. She keeps this quite knowing that it could mean trouble for her should the gods find out about her desire.

Personality: She's very motherly and cares for all those she guides. Her loyalty to the gods she serves is unwavering despite her secret longing to become human. Her voice is soft and can sooth even the most scared of souls.

Ai Ongaku // Goddess of Music // FC: Princess Ai // Manga: Princess Ai // Taken

Character Background: Ai has always had a passion for music. Ever since she was little she would always find some excuse to sing be it for a festival, special event, or even when she felt like it. Her voice has always seemed to have an influence over those who hear her and this was why she was given the rare opportunity to become a god. She doesn't use her title as freely as some of the others, and prefers to stay in the village. However she will go to Tenchi whenever needed such as during sacrifices and other godly events.

Personality: Though at times she can be very snarky and sarcastic, Ai is actually very sweet especially to those she cares for. Normally she not very quick to anger but some people can get on her nerves faster then others can. She will never pass up an opportunity to sing, and loves all her fans. She trys to avoid singing when her emotions are anything but good seeing as it would cause all those who hear her to feel what she is.

Qareen // God of Culture // FC: Toriko // Anime: Toriko // Taken

Character Background: Qareen was a god near a small village and the guardian of the town close-by. However natural disasters destroyed both the town and his shrine. The family monks then decided to move, where they ended up rebuilding the shrine in Salem. 

Personality: The god has multi personality disorder to represent the aspects of culture and family.

Red aspect- Passionate, likes all things related to love and acts very feminine, more will be reveled. This aspect is love and passion.

Purple aspect- Very serious, quiet, and straight to the point. This is the aspect represents secrets, poison, and thievery.

Green aspect- Very cocky, quick to anger, and is a drinker. He represents friendship, drinking and unofficially-bar fights.

Blue aspect- Very calm, relaxed, loves to read, and tell stories. He represents knowledge.

White aspect- The true god, the result of what happens when all aspects come together. This aspect only shows when truly needed. He is very intimidating and hard to read.

 Black aspect- The god of the end. Represents the end of an age.

Shi Michibiku // Spirit Guide // FC: Dinah Wherever // Manga: Bizenghast // Taken

Character Background: Shi had been human originally, but was given the honor of becoming a Spirit Guide by the Gods themselves. When she was human she had the special ability to see earth-bound spirits. During her younger years her parents had played it off as merely imaginary friends as most due, however as Shi got older they soon realized that there was something wrong with her, or at least as far as they thought.

Because of her gift she was rejected by the village and even her own family. Every day she suffered from hash words and even harsher actions against her. It soon came to the point where she ended everything before anyone else could. The gods took pity on the girl for it was their gift that brought this torment and early end, which is what brought them to the decision to turn her into a spirit guide.

Personality: Shi is very quite, only really speaks when spoken to and is seemingly emotionless. After all the cruelty suffered during the time she'd been alive she has closed herself off from anyone who would ever wish to know her. This makes it rather difficult for her to form any sort of bonds with anyone but she doesn't mind, after all she's scared of getting close to anyone due to the fear of her past.

Amaterasu // Goddess of the Sun // FC: Amaterasu Okami // Game: Okami // Taken

Character Background: After she spent many years bound to the form of a wolf (which she doesn't remember how that happened) she regained her power after finding all 13 of the brush techniques she once wielded with her Celestial Brush and only then was she finally able to return home. Now that she returned to Tenchi she’s regained her human form, which she couldn't be anymore happy to have back, though she did like being a wolf hence why she kept at least the ears, and is now more determined then ever to find out what exactly had happened to her.

Personality:  Though she may be the ‘Mother of all’ she acts very much like a curious and playful child. Granted there are times when she knows that she must take what is going on seriously and once her mind is set on something it is near to impossible to sway her. It may also be a side effect from spending too much time bound to a wolf form but she actually will growl (literally and sometimes even bite…) when something or someone angers her. She is protective of those she cares about and would help them in the blink of an eye. Humans fascinate her with their ability of imagination and storytelling.

Minami Yori // Spirit Guide // FC: Nagisa Furukawa // Anime: Clannad // Taken

Character Background: Yori has been an accepted member of the community since she was young. Or at least, this time. As a Spirit Guide, her ability to change her appearance in minimal ways helped greatly in assuring her acceptance. After all, an un-aging young girl in a small village brimming with legends of gods would seem mighty suspicious. She was born to a strange woman in a distant village, one governed by other gods with different customs. It just so happened that one of those foreign gods was also her father, though neither Yori or her mother knew him by his real name. He was a fiery man, one that often acted on impulse and with great gusto. However, he was a surprisingly compassionate god and cared greatly for her mother. Yori often wished she knew what happened to her, in the end.

When she had finally gained full knowledge of her situation and could properly execute her abilities, Yori was sent to Salem to learn their customs and serve their gods. It was her job, along with a select few, to aid sacrifices in their short voyage to the gods. She was left with little more than what was genetically embedded in her. She more resembled her father in a very feminine way, as was usual. But her love for the bakery she currently worked at however was brought on by her mother’s occupation.

Yori had grown to think of Salem as her home during the time she had spent there. For most, they would think it far too long. But her compassion and heart kept her from growing bored; instead she became attached to the people around her, and would pity the sacrifices she knew would receive harsh punishments. Never failing to carry out her job, she was nothing more than a worrying blip on the gods’ radar. However, that proved more than once to be plenty of motivation.

Personality: Yori is a generally kind person. If a villager has done something to offend the gods, she would usually feel pity for the sacrifice. Alternatively, if the crime is morally incorrect, she finds it inside herself to be a strong, brash person. Yori would often go out of her way for someone if asked. This is partially to stay inconspicuous, but also due to her troublesome habit of becoming attached to the humans around her. Despite her feelings for particular people, Yori takes pride in her job.

Holo // Goddess of Harvest //FC: Holo // Anime: Spice & Wolf // Taken

Character Background: Holo the Wise Wolf is the God of Harvest. She guarantees successful and bountiful crops every year in exchange for one year of terrible crops to re-nourish the soil. Because of her power, she doesn't trust any human to prevent them from taking advantage of her. Holo had helped a village once before, away from her hometown. But once they became self-reliant, they neglected Holo and blamed her for the horrible crops every few years, not understanding that it must be done. She left the village and went back to her hometown and began to not trust anymore humans. 

Personality: Holo is a proud wolf and doesn't like being looked down upon by anyone who is lower ranked or species than her. She is clever and can outsmart the average person very easily. Holo loves apples as well and would do a lot of things for an apple. She is also an alcoholic and gets drunk most of the time. If Holo gets the taste of blood or wheat, she turns into a large wolf, approximately 15 to 20 meters tall.

Nestled between rolling hills and a sparkling sea, Kizuna Village seems to be eternally blessed with good fortune. In a world where monsters are common and disasters are plenty, the Gods seem to shine their favor upon Kizuna’s people. These blessings, however, come with a price. A sacrifice must be made for each stroke of “luck”. Welcome to Kizuna Village, where the Gods play and the Humans pray.
