Crazy how many people want characters in fiction to speak and act like they’ve had 20 hours of intensive therapy. Could NOT be me I want these bitches fucked up insane

The fascinating thing to me about this, the reason for dialogue like this happening is because people IRL talk like this now, with the slow, but surely, de-stigmatization of Therapy and people having more access to information.

BUT.

Just because real people talk like that, doesn't mean fictional characters need to talk like that, it's like, we just want them to talk like fictional characters.
