The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #121, The Spectacular Spider-Man (1976) #177
I compiled a spreadsheet of every single issue Harry Osborn has appeared in
Truly my Magnum Opus: The Complete Harry Osborn Reading List <3
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Aq6x2skMH-QPUhKZWbs0VNmu0yVNJLrdfptaypcDCaE/edit?usp=sharing
I got the infos and dates from comic geeks
This should be every comic he appears in, be it actually as a supporting/main character, as a cameo, or even just in an image
Ive spent the last month or so reading og ultimate and og spider-man. Full on Harry Osborn hyperfixation. How did this happen? Nobody knows
Gee, Harry, one only wonders why they'd hesitate.
Amazing Spiderman 369
If you haven't re-read The Child Within saga, The Osborn Legacy, and Best of Enemies recently this is your sign to do so
Crucially Norman Osborn didn’t need to do like any of what he did for basically any reason. Nobody needs to get on a hoverboard and throw pumpkins around, And least of all a middle aged father
(grabs you by the shoulders and shakes you) Harry Osborn's quest for revenge is so much more motivated by who he thinks he should be rather than who he actually is. The Goblin persona does not represent hatred or malice to him, it represents power. Harry becomes the Goblin whenever he feels cornered into it by dire circumstances, and that response is a direct result of his childhood trauma. He feels he has to shed all signs of vulnerability and become the aggressor in the face of struggle because Norman shamed him for his softness and made Harry a continous target of his abuse. The Goblin is bad for Harry even when he is not using it for evil because in either case it's a way of self harming via putting himself in situations far too stressful for his sensitive nature and an attempt to become somebody he isn't, born from internalized self loathing.
I'm experimenting with a head for Harry Osborn. The hair is temporary because there's actually a custom hair piece made specifically for the Osborns that's perfect. I was mainly trying to see what I could do with pieces I had on hand.
I also built a glider based mainly on the art of the late Sal Buscema
spider-man trilogy (sam raimi) // "hope" (alex g)
love the first spider-man 2002 scene w harry and norman where harry asks (pretty politely) if he can be dropped off around the corner because theyre in a fucking rolls royce and he doesnt want to be bullied or whatever and normans like “oh you want me to buy a whole new car? you want me to buy a new car and get rid of this one? because youre ashamed of your family?” and harry tries to talk and norman cuts him off to essentially call him a horrible embarrassing failure. thats his fucking dad for Sure
