Jacob Anderson as Louis de Pointe du Lac The Vampire Lestat 3.03
Louis de Pointe du Lac, you have to stop. your fit too hard. your trauma too unprocessed. your bloodstains too hot. They'll kill you.

This might sound mean because it's almost like I enjoy your suffering, but reading your replies to the horrible takes that are popping up like cockroaches from the sewers about this season of interview with the vampire might be the only thing keeping me sane so thank you for that 😭
🫡 I live to serve.
We're all going to be incredibly normal and measured about Marius next week. We're not going to use language that sounds like mega-conservative Republican Christians clutching their pearls in terror and disgust at the sight of one (1) homeless person. We're going to breathe through our discomfort or unsettled feelings and then we're going to express thoughtful takes as we reflect on the nature of good and evil, and what it means to be alive for 2000 years while the world changes around you even if you're static and unchanging as a vampire, and how someone can uphold noble moral ideals and high-minded philosophy while still materially hurting/harming people around him.
AND we're going to express all this in such a way that courteously leaves room for other people to have different opinions, because we don't all need to force everyone into lockstep 100% agreement, and sometimes it is possible to learn something interesting and new from someone whose perspective is different from ours. We are going to remember ACTIVELY, in the front of our brains, that it is impossible to know what aspects of such a complicated, contradictory character someone is resonating with if they like him, and what aspects someone is responding to with disgust or revulsion if they don't like him. We are going to respect the real people on the other side of the internet, and we're going to listen in good faith when they talk about their feelings around this fictional character. If we have space and spoons for it, we're going to be curious about each other's experiences, rather than making hateful, aggressive, rude assumptions and calling each other names. If we don't have the space and spoons for it, we are simply going to keep scrolling without engaging at all. We are going to use our real life manners. We are going to be gentle with each other, even with people who are responding to this fictional character differently than we are.
I hope everyone else will join me in attempting to have an interesting, grownup conversation where nobody gets rocks thrown at them. It is not nice to throw rocks at each other. Let's have a different kind of vibe this time. We're going to use "I" statements like "I feel" or "For me personally".
I believe in us. We can do this if we all promise to lead with kindness, gentleness, compassion, and courtesy. Everyone gather into a circle and put your hands in and we'll do a chant together, on three! READY? ONE, TWO, THREE -- HE IS FICTIONAL! 🎉🎉🎉
ok team we did great, everybody hit the showers and get ready to bring your best selves next week. I love you.
ohh achilles lamenting upon the dead body of patroclus...it's almost like apollo does the exact same thing with hyacinthus...and dionysus with ampelos...and nisus with euryalus...and lycabas with athis...and alexander with hephaestion...and hadrian with antinous...and david with jonathan...and horatio with hamlet...and grantaire with enjolras...
they should make a series with all of them and call it ✨The day my roommate died✨
lesbian heated rivalry wouldn’t be in hockey because there are already many out queer women in hockey due to the fact that hockey is viewed as a men’s sport. the whole reason hockey is captivating for mlm is because it is a toxically masculine sport and the idea of having out queer men in that sport is surprising (requiring them to stay closeted/have situationships/etc), whereas it is not nearly as surprising for queer women. therefore, lesbian heated rivalry would actually occur in a setting like ballet, gymnastics, or some other stereotypically feminine sport (that has toxic feminine standards) where queer women are not as visible. in this essay i will
Where Did Lily's letter come from in TDH
In the 7th book in one of the first chapters when Harry explored Sirius's room and he finds the letter that Lily wrote, where did that letter come from? It must have been written when Lily/Sirius were 20/21 because Harry was already one year old and lily was 20 when she got him. Sirius hasn't been to his childhood house since he was 16 and didn't return until book five, so how did it get there?

i’m going to speak my truth… in artrick i am convinced that patrick is the bottom. sure art seems so submissive when it comes to tashi but when it comes to patrick, art is NOT the bottom. like spitting his gum into patrick’s hand to make patrick go throw it away… also patrick is very obvi a bottom like do we see how he is with tashi… ART IS NOT A BOTTOM
yeah like just look the scene where they win the game and art lifts Patrick up and they like fall down on top of each other excuse me??
here are some interesting surnames I have seen on old graves:
*they’re not inherently “weird” or “rare”, they’re just names I noted for possible future use in my writing
is there any place where I can watch wtfock without the English subs, they confuse me?????
no context but which handwriting fits the name more?
First one
second one
Third one
Why did it suddenly become "cool" (/sarcastic) to hate on trans men? What happened
excellent question, because that is literally what is happening right now. people literally think it's trendy, cool, and acceptable to shit on trans men right now. people think that's what they're supposed to do. people think the queer community is basically the "shit on trans men and anyone perceived to be an afab trans person" community have decided to just let loose and say whatever they want
it's literally disturbing. people now find reasons to misgender trans men on purpose. people love mocking our choices in identity, clothing, makeup, terms, pronouns, identities and communities. we are not safe no matter what we do. too masculine, pass too hard as a man? deserve to be kicked out of queer spaces because we're "too scary" or "read as cis men". too femme, dress feminine, act feminine, are a femme gay? "just a cishet girl" and want to kick you out. people scrutinize trans men and mascs, and afab trans people under this lens like we're bugs. no matter what we do it's wrong in their eyes
"do we really need more men?" is such a shit question. yea? cuz they were already men to begin with? they were already there. care about men, this isn't hard. you can care about men who haven't hurt you. it's the right thing to do. men are a part of your community, no attempt at a sassy clapback will ever erase the fact that the homeless cishet man who has never hurt you on the corner needs a dose or two of narcan to save his life. nothing will ever erase the fact that we need to care about trans men and mascs is basic common sense
i will continue to be the annoying trans men's rights activist. the behavior you mentioned here is just ridiculous, and i'm glad people are starting to question it. the man hating in the queer community is out of control. people are willingly clock in to spread rad feminism like it's their jobs. i cannot believe people are openly admitting to be rad fems now more than ever. hatred for trans men is rad feminist. hating on trans men is a rad feminist act.
everyone needs to stop clocking in to do rad fem's jobs for them. love your trans brothers, fathers, siblings, sons, children, partners, parents, neighbors, community members, whoever. love the trans men around you, we're not an inherent danger or problem. you don't get a pass to misgender us because we're men and you hate men. man hating is rad feminism. stop clocking in to do their work for them! thanks for the ask, hope you have a great week.
Die radical feminism, die!
30 November of 2023 was a day, when lawmakers, in russia, made a law, which claims non-hetero and non-cis people as extremists criminals.
Today is 30 November of 2024

Yes, exactly "extremists" level, it's a quote
Today is 30 November of 2024. Year passed since
Today activists and lgbt ally from abroad of russia is making #ВыНеОдни [you are not alone] action move - it's, mostly irl, people, mostly who managed to get away from russia, going together to big city places to show the act of solidarity with queer people who stay in russia
I am representative art activist, queer person myself. And i was born in russia (now not there). So i would want to join to this act of solidarity. With this post - i want my part today to be spreading info about event and the law in eng spaces - and my Message to Russian Queers.

[ You are not alone. And, if it seems like you can't do riot thing - you can do very very important thing, very riot - staying alive. If law says you criminal by just fact of your existence, then the existence, the Life is riot itself. You are part of history of Love, big, very big part. You, queers who stay in russia, are heroes to me and i send you all the Love i have and can, to keep fire of your flaming hearts
Sun doesn't disappear at night. With Love ]
Decided to fix some transphobic posts @fixing-bad-posts style. I find it the most therapeutic thing I can do when I run into transphobia in the wild. I put image descriptions in the alt text. Note: the “try testosterone” post was screenshotted on a different post and I edited that post screenshotted it.
