Well @pomrania I'm so glad you asked because now I can tell the whole story. I got this ask a while back, I don't know how long ago because time is not real and my perception of it is unreliable. And I was like, "well that gives me an idea." But I didn't have the needed materials or the time to execute my plan. The ask sat in my box, waiting patiently - much like a creature inside its egg must wait until the right time to emerge. I finally finished shipping the 126 packages from my most recent pin drop this week so I had cleared enough space in the studio to do a few quick photos (witness the shipping label backings piled up on the floor under the benches which I pushed aside to make room for boxes). However, I don't buy white eggs - I buy brown eggs. After the last grocery shopping trip when I forgot again!! to get white eggs instead of brown, I decided to just message my neighbors to see if anyone had white eggs. My neighbors, being more or less used to odd things like this from me were very obliging.
And that is how this came to be. I love doing weird things in the name of art.
