It was that time of year again, Mallory was sure of it. So he took out a candle and lit it, whispering a soft, “Happy birthday, King Harrow.” He’d keep the candle lit all day until the sun set.

So when Mallory finally found a huge city, he was very overwhelmed by it all, but... At least he had more options for food if he went through garbage to eat something. He’d stay on the outskirts though and in the surrounding forested area. He wasn’t sure how to get a job or if he’d even be able to.Â

Stupid theory of the day:
Aaravos being able to use all the different primal source based magic easier than other elves because stars make up everything. Like, everything came from exploded stars. The sun is a star and came from a dead star, the matter that makes the planet and moon came from the remains of a star.

Eventually the elf decided to go out and see if he could find some civilization or actually see another person or elf or just someone he could talk to. He was lonely so he packed what he could and just took it with him. This wasn’t a lot, mainly food and herbs.

They may be keeping everything at a minimum because they’re summoning demons and don’t want to risk losing a whole bunch if their place burns down.

The eclipse elf was back in his hut, eating out of a jar of moonberry jam that he had stolen from some poor traveller. He did feel bad about taking it after the fact, but... It wasn’t like he had food himself, and it was only the one jar. It was also pretty large and would last him a few days.
So close by someone was camped out, and they didn’t seem to notice Mallory being there...well to his knowledge anyway. So he went out and snuck on over when they were gone and doing something so he could see if they had any food. He was just so hungry he didn’t care.
You know what I would really like?
Moonshadow elves sometimes speaking in a language similar to Scottish Gaelic, like it’s something they learn in their studies like when people learn Latin, Spanish, French, or German.
