24/7 Equestria writing idea and giving bat ponies further ‘screen time’ in the world

I always kinda hated or never fully loved how when Luna came back from her isolation on the moon- she still had to deal with Equestria sleeping through the night and not admiring her work.

And here come the bat ponies, we never get a full explanation where they originated from or where they disappeared to in the original timeline (excluding the extra timelines from the time spell)

I’ve got a headcanon that when Luna tried to overthrow celestia, there would be soldiers or citizens that felt the same way and fought for/with her when the time arrived to usurp celestia.

So decades of ponies stuck on the moon with Luna slowly shifting into the bat ponies they are today after many generations. Luna then returning back to Equestria with the bat ponies that are descendants of her soldiers,

It would make sense why they wear different armor, their willingness to still pull her carriage and serve her. It’s crazy they just disappear after showing up once

My idea is to have equestria run 24/7 earth ponies/pegasi and unicorns likely go to bed the regular time,

however shops/restaurants/jobs remaining open by and for bat ponies to still enjoy the night sky and live their lives without having to stay around in the day if they don’t wish to.

These guys pulling the night shift and sleeping in the day, it wouldn’t be exclusive to bat ponies on who could walk around at night, any of the other ponies could decide to change their sleep schedule, but this way Luna watches over equestria at night and has a population of her own to enjoy her sky.

Also a fun way to have so much night life that bat ponies have been needing as they also accustom to equestria life, and over time more ponies change by their sleeping schedule to live either way they want to

Biggest hot spot for bat pony populations in my head is manehattan itself for being part of a city that never sleeps and perfect for night living/life and where a lot of bat ponies would build community and still climb high in plenty of careers there.

Getting plenty of oc designs from a batpony artsy yearning star on the main stage of an upcoming show or a business tycoon shark up the corporate ladder that vibes in their tall moody office

The Animators Guild filed a complaint/charges against Spindlehorse with the National Labor Relations Board.

No individual employees are listed in this complaint as the animation guild is the charging party. Legal representation for both sides is listed with Medrano having 2 law firms from New York coordinating against the union.

The one that sticks out to me is the "Refusal to furnish information" which basically means that Medrano has refused to provide required documentation of information requested by the union to perform their duties (such as determining if there was legal grounds for contract alterations and/or terminations as well as any documentation of threats/promises made or messages reasonably interpreted as threats/promises to employees).

And because Medrano has historically been fast and loose with how she handles her studio, that means any personal messages she sent to her friends within the company, past and present, are company communications and eligible for subpoena by the union.
