sex testing isn't making people discover that they're intersex, it's making people intersex. if someone's sex characteristics are imperceptibly different to what sex defines they should have, it wouldn't have placed them in a different social category until both the technology and the drive to test were there. ppl just don't really believe that sex categories are also socially constructed and fluid. things like hormone levels naturally wildly range between people before it gets to a point where someone looks noticeably "different" for their sex—a cafab person with testosterone levels deemed high today would not have been intersex 200 years ago unless they displayed noticeably masculinised features, because nobody would have known anyone's testosterone levels and therefore can't use that as a basis for treating someone differently!
now that the world cup is out of the way can we focus on me instead
The USA will rally a thousand kids from different ethnicities to sing about love on the World Cup and then brutalize brown and black kids all year long
basta esto es lo más anti fútbol que existe matenme
maintaining my hardcore position that halftime is exclusively for pissing, having a bite and a drink to renew the energies to cuss everyone out in the second half. dumbass fucking bullshit who gafffff. the only music in a stadium during a game should be fan songs telling the arbiter to suck it. also no wayyyy this crap doesn't damage the field lol
if i was a soccer player i'd simply kick that ball in the goal instead of wasting everyone's time
the recent trend to hate on argentina and to characterize doing so as woke has allowed many first worlders to show their true colors. as soon as you all seem to get the 'green light' that hating on a third world country is acceptable you stop hiding your disdain and xenophobia. this and the "calling ice" jokes show you don't actually give two shits about racism or cheating or whatever, you just want a socially acceptable way to hate on latin americans
people who show you new music are important

“it isnt something you have to read critically” well 😭
this technically is true but I think this also perfectly encapsulates why I am inherently distrustful of like. “”cozy”” “turn your brain off” fiction lmfao. like okay WHO gets to turn their brain off and who has to suffer through bigoted caricatures of themselves while everyone else is having cozy silly no brain time 😐
once I snorted a fat line of nuance and everything started depending. watch out
saying "i want spain/france/england/argentina to lose because they beat my team 7263837 months/years ago and mama loves to hold a grudge" is a good enough reason to not want a team to win. you don't even need that much of a reason. "rancid vibes" is good enough. "[player name] is my personal enemy" is good enough. go back to the core of being a football fan - hating for the love of the game.
my mother kissed the tv when bellingham scored. ive never seen her so happy for a goal, im so scared rn, what's going onnnnn
please dont vape your blueberry ice flavor around my kid. we are raising him on marlboro reds exclusively.
(hiding my conspicuously mandarin orange shaped body) do we still have mandarin oranges?
