im always miffed when people read lb6 and are like “anyways moral of the story: fuck aurora all my homies hate aurora” not bc i don’t think aurora is awful but because the entire point of lb6 that’s hammered into your skull over and over is that fairy society will self-destruct anyway, just by virtue of being what it is. the great, big evil that’s responsible for britain’s destruction isn’t morgan or aurora or the fairy knights, it’s britain itself (in the form of cernunnos & oberon). it’s not like everything was peachy until aurora showed up and ruined it all—fairy society has always been fundamentally fucked up, and that fucked up nature is the reason a person like aurora is able to exist. as melusine says, she wouldn’t last a second in PHH. in some way, aurora truly is as innocent as she thinks she is. she's not making an active choice to harm others, she's innocently following her fundamental nature. this is what percival is getting at when he begs you not to hate the fairies.

lb6 isn’t a story about a few fundamentally good beings choosing to do evil, it’s about a few fundamentally evil beings choosing to do good: hope helping the protagonists escape, oberon caring for the welsh fairies, mark letting da vinci go at the end. that’s what makes the story of fairy britain's demise a tragedy.

Now it's fully translated. Everyone read Melty Blood: Back Alley Nightmare. This was serialized during part 1, and set up foreshadowing of things for part 2. Please read the last exchange between Lev and Olga in particular, then the prologue again to contrast the speech Olga gives there with her critical view of it now, to understand why Lev was unreasonably angry about her weakness in FGO (he feels ashamed of his lack of self-control now). He probably placed expectations on Olga to have a change of heart, but she doubled down on her duty as Animusphere, which led to his decision. In the manga, he walks away and spares her because she actually started to have doubts, gritting his teeth about how long it took.

It's Into the Gudaverse in the season finale of Fujimaru Doesn't Get It, with almost every Fate artist who's ever officially drawn Ritsuka (all the manga adaptations, etc) contributing to the episode.

The notable standout here is Wada's Fujimaru. She's never had anything official with him before. Maybe he and Mash will be a boss in Extra Record, similar to how the original Extra had other TM guest bosses?
