Grace Elizabeth Gallo was born on a cold winter night back in 1994. February 5th to be exact. The oldest of the Gallo family, following her twin brothers Griffin and Gabriel shortly after, as the first born Grace was spoiled beyond compare. Her parents and grandparents loved her the moment she opened her beautiful eyes and came out kicking and screaming. Spoiling her within the arts and not just with love, Grace who was later called Gracie grew up dancing, singing, playing the piano. Anything she wanted, she got. Anything she needed, she took.
Talented at a young age, Gracie first fell in love with ballet at age five. She loved the idea of tutus, and slippers and anything pink. Ballet was her escape from the reality of the Gallo families activities. Knowing very well who her parents were and what they did and what they were involved with, she tried to do everything she could in order to protect her two baby brothers and herself.
Overall a good childhood with a golden spoon in her mouth and a passion she loved, the summer going into her freshman year of high school was when Gracie met and fell in love with David Vanderbilt. They were inseparable, and it wasn't until Gracie became the family disappointment at age fifteen. Her mother calling her every name in the book, her father not wanting to be seen with her--, Grace found out she and David were expecting. Terrified that her life was over, Grace couldn't do the unbearable. So without her parents permission, and the somewhat support of David, she birthed her beautiful baby girl nine months later and placed her up for adoption. Way to young to fully understand how hard it was to make such a decision, Grace and David eventually went separate ways.
Gracie tried to forget about it. Working really hard in school. Trying to be the best of the best. She got back into dance again and practiced, practiced, practiced. The girl straight A's within high school and kept up with extra curriculum activities, Gracie ended up being valedictorian at her graduation. About to audition for Julliard to become a Prima Ballerina, right before her auditions, Gracie was practicing her turns & fell wrong way out of one. The young girl then broke her ankle, causing a major shift in not only her career but future. Since her father had always wanted her to be a lawyer, Grace decided to give up dance and ballet for good & started getting ready to become a lawyer.
Getting accepted into Harvard University, the oldest of the Gallos' went to Harvard all four years and than went onto Harvard Law. Becoming a defense lawyer for New York City, she's very well known and well liked. Very successful in what she does. The Lawyer resides in Brooklyn. Still not in her parents good graces, and still
